The range of products seemed acceptable. I knew what I wanted to order so didn’t do a lot of browsing.

Very easy to order from, i needed a cable for my tomtom smart watch that had been lost and it wad a few years old. I didnt want to order from amazon due to that bad reviews of that type of cable being cheap and not working well.

So i came across mobilemob. I placed my order Tuesday night and wanted express post and thats what i received Thursday morning my package came. Amazing customer service to yous, should be proud. Ordering was so easy. Website was very good. Only trouble was deciding what colour. The colour was exactly the colour on the website. Order arrived in 2 days. Amazing. The band was easy to change over.

After many days going to different shopping centres for an ALTA HR band where they did not exist I ordered two from you. All colours were available. Ordering was easy and they arrived promptly and safely. I now know the time without having to ask. Thank you.

Background: I ordered 2 Fitbit bands but ordered the incorrect (large) size. So, I rang to see what to do and Amy responded telling me to send them back and they would send out replacements.
Response: On the same day I posted the bands back I received an email saying the replacements were on their way. Two days later I received the new bands by registered post.
