Trailers in very poor condition, freyed leads with exposed wires, broken connectors where lead plugs in. Winch has an unacceptable and dangerous hook on the car trailer. Half the lights weren't working which is illegal to hire out in an unroadworthy condition. Only one chain for securing to car, there should be two. Shame you have to pay in advance and then accept the risk of using an unroadworthy trailer. Hirer, Maintain your trailers if you're going to hire them out or it may come back to bite you when an accident happens. To people hiring trailers, go and inspect them first before committing to hire one.

Ordering on line was so easy and made pick up a breeze. customer service was very helpful and polite. We got exactly what we ordered all three times and all in good condition.
We shifted house and the furniture trailer was great.

The ute that I hired had no airconditiining other then that it's a 5 star service.
Perfect size cage and had enough room to do the job it was hired for.

Hired cage trailer the day before required. Rang up day of hire and changed date and it done instantly. Pick up and return was a dream also.

I was a little concerned that the trailer would not be available at the time requested however my fears were allayed when I pulled into the Service Station to pick the trailer up. Little human involvement in hiring the trailer. The Service Station attendant was reasonably helpful. The Kiosk buttons/keyboard was unresponsive at times when pressing the keys. Trailer was in good nick. Good experience overall. Will use again.

Kiosk at 7-11 was painful to use due to screen sensitivity. Took at least 10 minutes to get through process.
No "D" shackle was available for trailer chain.
Other than the above-mentioned issues, the experience was good overall. The trailer performed well and was in good working condition.
I would recommend Move Yourself and would most likely use again in the future.

There needs to be more options with hours of hire. I had to hire for 4 hours getbthe trip was only 1 hour. Maybe hourly hire or even 2 hour minimum. 4 seems to long for the average hire. Also should be discounts for return customers.

Great customer service over the phone, when I accidentally double booked it on the website! The guy on the phone was great and sorted it out for me. Trailer was exactly what we needed to tow my broken down car, pick up and drop off of trailer was quick and efficient.

I booked the trailer online (and saved 10%) and picked it up at a local service station. Upon arrival I used the self serve kiosk to confirm everything and I was on my way. The trailer I hired was very good quality and came with everything I need. I would definitely use them again.

hired a cage trailer, everything was easy and as expected, no issues with the trailer. but i feel it was a little overpriced with insurance being an extra add on when it shouldn't be. hence the 4 star rating

The booking process online is relatively easy but once i had to pick up the vehicle it all went downhill. The interface for the pickup is built on Windows XP and the touch screen is so bad one of the station staff needed to reboot the machine for it to work. I then got stung for a partially full vehicle and had to pay triple the cost of the petrol as it wasn't full when i picked it up. Really not impressed

Used trailer to transport sports car Gold Coast to Brisbane. Was not what was advertised not a happy customer. Was supposed to be low so I could load my car, not what I received

Items were clean, in good working order, and the BP staff/phone staff were helpful. The only issue is that the printed info did not state that you would need to bring your own straps to secure a car on the car trailer. I thought that the straps or some sort of "tie downs" would be included.

Guy had no idea what I was talking about and sent me to the pick up post machine.Float was dirty and had previous manure, middle panel board was broken, my horse ended up injured slicking his leg.Because he got caught on it. That we couldnt see when we picked it up as there are no lights in the area of trailers. The break wasnt seen till he had hurt himself. First photo is out line of where broken and the second you can see is were he has gotten caught and panicked

Good service, but hard to find location of the touchscreen kiosk and key location.
Internet instruction about using touchscreen kiosk and key handling should be emailed to users during booking.
Trailer I received was the same one that I booked.
