It was ok and fairly easy to navigate.
Product availability was not as expected.

Awful - Didn't send half the products and no customer service.
I would leave 0 stars for this store if I could - I wish I had seen these reviews prior to the order I made. Do not be tempted to buy from here because odd product is cheaper than elsewhere or the likes, as I did.
Spent $200 on an online order - delivery was weeks but fair enough with Covid-19 at the moment. However, when it arrived the box looked somewhat small right off the bat. on had the tracking email to let me know delivery had been made. All up around $60 or so of products just not sent. I tried calling the contact number - no-one ever answers. Odd hang up, mostly nothing at all. Says press 'star' to leave a message - did that, no reply. Sent emails. no reply. Absolute cowboys, save yourselves the money and hassle- avoid at all costs.

They deserve 0.
I ordered 5 weeks ago and didn't get anything. They emailed (I think it is a automated email) me 5 days ago about the shipping but 3 products were missing on the list. You can't reach them by email or phone. Waisted more than 400 AUD :(.

Worse online experience
I received my order 4 weeks after it was placed and received 5 of 9 products with no explanation or refund of $95. Couldn’t get onto customer service for an explanation.

The worst online shopping experience
I ordered a supplement on the 8th of April! followed up two times for the delivery and they replied to me on the 24th of April!!! that: your order could not be fulfilled due to stock discrepancies!!!

Buyers need to shop around first
I Always visit the Chatswood store on my visits to Sydney from. Brisbane but I definitely will be shopping around elsewhere as I recently made a purchase last week only to visit Dr Vitamins in The CBD near George Street and the product I purchased was so so much more cheaper than Mr Vitamins.
Dr Vitamins seems to have a lot more better specials within their store so shoppers I would definitely shop around first.

Great service online and in store
Couldn’t be happier with their service. Friendly, helpful and good range. They contacted me when there was a delay with my online purchase. How many companies take the time to do that! Totally impressed Mr Vitamins

Whatever happened to service?
I placed an order for 12 bottles of Enzo Professional on March 18. The girl behind the counter at the rear of the shop (I think the Practitioner section), said they only had 3 in stock and would order the balance, and phone me when it arrives. I paid and it is now exactly one month later, despite leaving messages, no one has called. I am a 15 year long customer and as a husband and wife team spend around $4,500 per annum on lots of supplements. lier on-line that offers the same product $6 cheaper per item and with free delivery for orders over $99 (my order is $525 for these tablets). I’m taking my business elsewhere for better service and cheaper prices.....by the way....I’ve now searched, thanks to the no-call back-service, and found I can save hundreds of dollars shopping around rather than being loyal to this crowd. I’ve noticed discounts are getting smaller, prices higher and service less and less. Long standing customer....NOT HAPPY!1 comment

Pleasantly surprised.
I received my online order and when I rang Customer Support to discuss replacements for the wrongly packaged items I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who handled my query calmly and politely. The correct items were delivered to me promptly and some sample sachets included. I am very impressed and I will continue to order online.

Excellent staff knowledge
Staff were proactive and assisted me from the get go each time I have visited Bondi Junction Store.
Lovely lady referred me to her colleague Dallas with regards to protein supplements, as he had superior product and nutrition knowledge.
Genuine interest in helping me find what was best for my needs. Charming, friendly and intelligent staff.

Terrible customer service
Placed an order on line and the product has been lost. I have asked them via email to look into it for me and absolutely no response. You try to call and there isn't an answer and no response to voicemail message I left.
What is the point of having a store on line when there isn't any customer service? They are happy to take your money but do not care if item is lost or damaged. Never again!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I went to this place 3 times and every time it feels like the staff members are competing to see who is more rude and unprepared to serve customers. They seem unable (or unwilling) to answer any questions asked and have no knowledge about any of the products. The muscular guy with long beard was the rudest of all. I asked for a specific product, he said he had no idea what I was talking about and instead of finding a staff member with better knowledge he simply told me to help myself. nd as I tried to pay she totally ignored me. When I asked if I could pay she responded with attitude and said she was on her break. The other guy had to tell her off and ask her to serve me, she rolled her eyes and served me unwillingly. There's only one guy who treated me well and helped me choose a product but he was either the manager or the owner because he was giving orders to other staff members. It's a shame he doesn't train his staff to treat customers the same way. Don't waste your time and money at this place. You'd get a much better service at Dr. Earth on the other side of the pedestrian path where the team is very friendly and helpful (you'll be served by real naturopaths, not rude gym junkies).Similar opinion?
