My boyfriend had just ordered the i love you box roses for me as a surprise for valentines day! And to say i was overwhelmed is an understatement. These flowers are the perfect gift for any loved one. Besides how pretty these flowers are, the sentimental value behind their lasting essence is what makes these flowers so special! Everything was perfect !

The lasting elegance has been the most perfect valentine's day gift ever! It was the most beautiful gift and the missus absolutely loved it. Each rose is unbelievably beautiful and they're all arrayed so perfectly for the best unboxing experience. And the customer service team was able to answer my question extremely promptly, and were able to deliver it to metro Melbourne the following day. With so many unreliable competitors on the market with products that arrive broken and what have you, my lasting bouquet definitely stands out with their reviews and my experience with them couldn't have been better. Cant wait for the missus's birthday to order another one!! The look on her face!! Priceless! :)

I have never been more amazed by a gift like I was when I saw my red rose bouquet delivered to my house. I just wanted to give My Lasting Bouquet a BIG thank you for making me such a flawless bouquet. It has been by far one of the best gifts my husband has ever gotten me. I live interstate and it still came to my house intact with not a petal out of place which honestly amazed me. I’ll definitely be ordering from you guys very soon and I cannot wait !

It was my mother's birthday and I was sceptical as I wanted to buy her something different-especially since I always bought her similar items. I came across my lasting bouquet and they helped me immensely and explained how they last etc. It came on time and my mother loved it! The jewelry box looked even better irl and the roses were fresh. Definitely recommend and thank you my Lasting Bouquet for all your help! Keep it up!

Never Shipped Item, No Response from Customer Service (BUYER BEWARE)!!

I ordered a Lasting Belle from this company in December, and my credit card was promptly charged. The ship date came to pass with no tracking information. I attempted to contact customer service with absolutely no response. My anniversary and Valentines day came to pass and the item was never delivered. I again attempted to contact customer service via e-mail and facebook. Again, the company would not respond. Luckily, my credit card company was kind enough to open an investigation into the dispute and decided to refund my money. I would not purchase from this business especially if you live in the US. I have since reported this company to the NSW Fair Trade organization. I hope no one else falls into their trap.

The website said next day delievery to Melbourne and its been a week now and I have no idea where it is, Have emailed both the courier they use and the business itself and both are useless at not getting back to you.

I reached out to them on email on Tuesday, had a call back within 4 minutes to discuss delivery and rose colour options for Valentines Day.
The Mrs absolutely loved her Belle, the packaging is above and beyond and the delivery came overnight. Thank you for putting a smile on her face!

5 days after the guaranteed delivery date, i have sent multiple emails and tried to make contact via facebook messenger with no reply. There is no phone number to contact them.
Given the high prices, i expected alot more! Would never purchase from them again.

I thought this would have been a prefect gift for my wife. When she saw the box she was over the moon with excitement. And then it all went downhill real quick. She opened the broken box and found 80% of the roses demolished and ruined. Please see photos.
Then comes the communication... emailed. No response. Facebook. No response. Insta. No response.... i will never buy from them and def will never recommend this company to anyone AT ALL. Absolutely horrible and they should be ashamed

My partner ordered me some flowers which arrived completely wrong. It was not what we paid for . We have been trying to contact them since Friday with no luck . Our comments / messages keep getting deleted on there social media accounts and all we are getting are computer generated responses. We will be taking this further now as it is impossible to get a Response from them after they took our money .

Item never arrived. Have tried contacting them multiple times across email, Facebook and Instagram and not a single response.

I would avoid this company at all costs. As everyone else is saying I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing and avoiding this whole situation!

Ordered belle rose couple weeks before Valentine’s Day, chose the delivery date to be 13th of February it’s not the 18th and still haven’t recieved the gift I was suppose to give my wife.
No customer support have emailed about 3 emails tried to contact on Facebook no response.

Below are images of how the flowers were advertised and how they came. Not only this. They came late. I paid upwards of $160 three weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day. They only arrived today. Disappointing and extremely unsatisfactory got a company that advertises as a luxury flower provider
