So very rude phone service...did not listen, very impatient and interrupting me..when I apologized that I may have got mixed up I was asked "Is that all"..and then hung up on..I was not rude at all to you guys...very sad phone service..will never deal with this company again...realize that you will probably not add this to your reviews here so I will be letting others know on other review sites etc....

This is the best thing I've used. I paid it off in a time that best suit me. I got exactly what I wanted. It arrived 6 days after I finished paying for it. It was fast, and in excellent condition, it costs a little more but don't mind paying the bit extra. 10/10 would use again

I've been using MyLayby for about 3 years now. I love that I get to pick how much I want to pay or when I want the item by.

I love that if I decide I don't want a layby I can cancel it and transfer any monies paid to another layby. I've got heaps- all things I would love to be able to pay for outright but just can't afford. Its a great sense of achievement owning something (without paying for it on credit card) and paying it off.

Reminder emails and tracking available through australia post. 52 weeks to pay things off. Wish I had found my layby sooner. Don't mind paying a bit more, however I have purchased some clearance items that were cheaper than in normal retail stores. They also allow you to choose your number of payments. Delivery time. How much you can afford to pay. They have upgraded my highchair at no extra cost too. Can't express how happy I am with my layby! !

Ok so I waited until few orders were delivered before I wrote a review. This is the best service I have ever used. Flexible payments, fantastic customer service, fast delivery once payed. You can always change your order by phoning them, no waits on calls, friendly customer service. Absolutely love it! A+

Have been with My Layby for 2 years now and cannot fault, I use it for gift cards for Xmas times, admittedly you do pay a small fee but worth it in the long run as you have all year to do it..customer service always very helpful if you have any questions.

I've undertaken 6 laybys through this company, excellent service, great idea. They price matched with a sewing machine, you choose how many weeks (up to 52) you want to layby then it's fee shipping. Too easy. Great telephone support to answer any questions you may have. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have purchased from My layby many many times over the years and have had exceptional service. Delivery is ALWAYS on time, you pay a little more for the convenience but the products are always great....

I've purchased a lounge, washing machine and a tv through my layby, the payment options are very flexible and delivery is fast. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have been with my layby for 3yrs now ive purchased washing machine a fridge and stereo system,also tv unit.Never had a problem always helpful when ringing,i would give them top stars for serviceAlso recommend them.

Purchased an item from My Layby and it was delivered on time, customer service was pretty good (they answer the phone, didn't have to wait very long and everything I needed help with was done promptly) Have noticed some items to layby with them are better value compared to some other layby places. Have also recommended them and would continue to do so.

I have purchased many, many items from the my layby. Excellent customer service, prompt delivery of goods. Would highly recommend this guys.

Note do not use the layby store. They are a different company. They do not deliver the goods and it is hard to get a refund, like myself it has taking months and the matter is still not resolved.

I would agree with a lot of reviews now. The company used to be good but have gone downhill. There is a lot of hidden charges now and the customer service has become bad.

I won’t layby with them anymore. With being able to Afterpay now with a lot of companies. I don’t think this company will be around now with such bad customer service and fees.

This is a good company that is so easy to deal with, makes life heaps easier, the best online layby store i have come across

I strongly agree w/ all the great reviews. Let me also tell you that I ONCE received an order late 'lost in transit' w/ Australia post BUT the way they handled the situation was like complete PROs. I understand that mishaps happen and they were very very sincere (even when it was not their fault), I had customer service call me very regularly with updates which gave me a lot of confidence that this issue was getting fixed immediately. it's good to know that this company isn't the type of company that won't stuff you around or place the blame on someone else when things go wrong. My second year (at least 10 lay-bys) with mylayby and counting and this was my ONLY negative experience.

I have used My Layby often and have nothing but excellent products and service, they always deliver on time, offer great quality products and have fantastic friendly helpful staff....However I do highly stress do NOT use The LayBy Store, they are a different group who don't produce the goods and don't refund the money leading yo a huge battle! My Layby is an excellent and trusted online site to layby from! My first maybe was a phone and it arrived a 6 working days after my last payment which is speedy considering the remote area i live! After my first layby i was given a $10 coupon off my next layby, all adds up! I have half a dozen laybys in progress now and plan to layby layby layby in the future! Thank you my layby
Reliable, Trusted, Staff are Great and you can alter payment right up to tge date payment is due to be deducted!

From my first order to now I have had no problems at all. It is great to be able to pick your payments and time length that suits you. Everything arrives quickly and in great condition, no breakages or squashed items. Having tracking numbers is a great help and the small discount on your next order is very addictive to use. A great way to budget, it is a pity that they don't do the larger electrical and furniture items to Tasmania as this would be a plus. A+ both for service and quality.
