Great Coffee Awful Rude Abusive Service
I have had great coffee in a number of contact-less scenarios. I am having issues with their delivery contractor not actually attempting delivery despite updates to the tracking to the effect of Delivery attempted and card left - no card - no one shown or knocked or yelled or anything home all day as i am working from home. The service i encountered when calling MYCUPPA was appalling so much to say i did not have words to respond to them. I was told i roast coffee i don't deliver parcels. I am really not sure what to do now as i do not seem to be able to get effective assistance in this scenario.

Great Coffee
Have been purchasing coffee for years from this business infrequently. The service is great, my goods are delivered on time and the coffee tastes great. If I've ever had a coffee related question, I have received a response quickly and in an easy to understand language yet very informative. The price is very affordable. Highly recommended this business.

Consistent quality and great selection
I have been using mycuppa for almost 12 months now, typically I will place an order monthly (Either a single origin or the "Secret Label" of the month) and will have the beans in my hands 1 - 2 days after placing the order. Beans are always packaged well (In a sturdy bag, then tightly packed in a box) and freshly roasted, they have a great selection of single origin coffees which are all priced well so plenty of choice. definitely worth a try.

Poor customer service. Very rude.
Ordered coffee before Christmas. Delivery service failed on 2 occasions to deliver product. Contacted my cuppa. [name removed] replied he had over 6500000 emails to respond to and do was too busy to deal with my issue. I do not recommend this company. Pity.

Fresh Beans! Great consistency everytime
I have been using mycuppa for just over 6 months. I switched over from StAli Melbourne Roaster and I was paying $45 for 1 KG, at a local coffee house. I now get 1KG x 2 bags (2KG) delivered to my PO box for under $60. I generally order 2 different bags every 6 weeks. So far I have not been disappointed. They are very fresh beans, the smell and taste is second to none! I recommend Suuweet! Generally I receive my coffee the next business day as I am within Melbourne Metro. Hats off to the Guy named Jeff! I have recommended MYcuppa to my friends. I hope the price says the same. The Postage cost is very fair as well.

Disappointing
This is my second disappointing purchase from MyCuppa. The first was 2 months ago when I bought compatible pods for my Nespresso machine. They tasted like there were loose coffee grounds in my cup - there weren't. I tried them twice before giving up. The supermarket pods are better in my opinion!
And now my second purchase. I bought Revolver coffee beans and I was very excited when they arrived. They were 4 days old after roasting which is good. But they tasted very similar to Woolworths Macro Organic Coffee Beans, from what I can remember. An...Read more
d they tasted a bit winey. This is the third blend that's tasted a bit winey and I'm tired of my coffee tasting like that. I'd bought the Woolies beans several weeks ago and enjoyed them. They cost $6 per 200g and they were fresh beans. I bought an espresso machine a couple of months ago to upgrade from my pod machine. If I'd known the Revolver beans were going to taste so similar to the Woolies beans I wouldn't have bought them. I'm trying new coffees to find out which ones I like the best and so far, half the ones I've bought have turned out to be duds, despite being freshly roasted, sometimes "award winning" and costing between $30-60 per kg when you factor in postage from online stores. These Revolver beans are okay, but as I mentioned above, they have a slight winey taste. Not my favourite beans so far in my journey.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great coffee and service.
I have been dealing with My Cuppa for some time and, after trying many different suppliers before and during this time, I can’t fault their coffee or service. I have tried several different single origin coffees but find two from Ethiopia really suit our tastebuds. They are Yirgachaffe and Harrar.

Insipid and overpriced
I thought I would try something different fo Nespresso . I don't like their black suit, jewellery store atmosphere .
After all we are buying coffee not gold or a diamond ring .But unfortunately this was a extremely poor tasteless alternative .
with shipping it worked out more expensive than Nespresso and you only have one choice and a poor one at that !
Only consulation was I purchased the smallest quantity .
I did unfortunately buy two of their teas and they are just as bad ..

Fabulous
Wonderful coffee, at last something that both my husband and I enjoy. None of the bitterness that I have come to expect with pod coffee. Really recommend it unless you'ré used to cheap bitter coffee. Proof of Purchase INVOICE #: MC79941 Cant get the proof of purchase below to work on my computer.

Good coffee terrible customer service
Old mate who responded to my email is rude and arrogant. Made a comment about the delivery service wondering if they had any control over this and got the rudest response ever. Can not believe how condescending he was!

Can't recommend their ESE pods
Bought 200 of MyCuppa's own ESE pods. We found that they had very little aroma and taste compared to all the different brands we have used in the past. Sent the company an e-mail with feedback but no reply. It wasn't till I contacted them the third time that I received a not very polite reply basically saying that I was entitled to my opinion. Will not be buying from them again.

Reliable, delicious beans, every time.
I have been a My Cuppa customer for many years and was surprised to see so many poor reviews. For me their product has been unbeatable in consistent quality and value for more than 6yrs. Their beans are always fresh, produced by a passionate and skilled team and their shipping is prompt and cheap even now being in a rural location. I have had minimal contact with their customer service team as it has been a seamless experience for me but do not let the promise of poor customer service deter you from one of the best sources of fresh roasted beans in Australia! Give them a go and decide for yourself :)

Fantastic coffee range at great prices
I have used MyCuppa for a few years now and will continue to. They have a fantastic range of Coffee at prices I've not been able to find lower. Ordering is quick and easy.
There have been whinges about their customer service. About 2 years ago I ordered coffee and forget to select the grind (for a plunger) so I flicked them an email referencing the order and asking for the grind. I received a reply that was quite abrupt and to the point; "OK, but note that coffee looses most of its essential flavours/etc 20 mins after a grind anyway." (...Read more
not an exact quote). The thing is, could have taken offence but he was 100% right - I tried it. So, yes, Customer Service is perhaps not high on their priorities. But the quality, range and price of their coffee is second to none and we will continue to use them and drink fantastic coffee.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Rudest company I've ever dealt with
I simply cannot believe the arrogance and rudeness of their customer support. As a business owner myself - I am beyond disbelief anyone could speak to a potential customer this way. I asked a simple question and got told my question was laughable and told to go elsewhere.
Damn right I have.
PS: be careful as they brand themselves with different names (like justfreshroasted.com.au)

Terrible customer service
I have been buying MyCuppa coffee for over a year and cannot fault the excellent quality. However, after receiving a very rude email back after asking a simple, polite question about shipping and their eBay store I have decided that I would rather drink a cup of instant Nescafe than continue to support this company :)

The Response Was Worse Than Their Coffee
Coffee. Is it really what it’s made out to be?
The story begins when Mr X from MyCuppa bothered to reply to a brief email I sent to him with some valid views about their coffee. I’ll call him Mr X to avoid breaching posting guidelines. As a first-time buyer I decided to try four kilograms of different blends and single origin. They were all mediocre at best despite the top price tag of 35 dollars a kilo. My displeasure brought an immediate response, by return email, telling me to go elsewhere, I can’t make coffee, I have a useless machine (...Read more
it's actually one of the best in its class) and that I somehow need to justify (my) negativity. Mr X wrote: (quote) "You are entitled to your opinions and suggest you go back to Harris coffee". "Your invitation for a response is just a thinly veiled excuse to justify negativity......if you can’t make coffee properly and own what is widely regarded as the most schizo and useless espresso machine on the market, then I’m sorry we can’t help you". (end quote) With the arrogance befitting the sort of owner of a business that assumes the mantle of glory will forever shine upon them and grant them financial success, anyone daring to cast aspersions upon them will be chastised, belittled, insulted, or worse, instead of having their concerns addressed in an appropriate manner. MyCuppa is just one of two online retail coffee businesses and a coffee wholesale rebranding enterprise all owned by Carlini Enterprises Pty. Ltd. 37 Centre Way, Croydon South, Victoria, just north of Melbourne, where all the roasting and packaging for their wholesale, and retail (strictly online only) takes place. Heaven help those who accept this conditional invitation on the My Cuppa website: “if you are a sane, normal person with a genuine coffee-related enquiry, please complete the following form as we would love to hear from you and will respond to your email as soon as possible”. It would seem the diagnosis of sanity is something Mr X does know something about when he calls another reviewer of MyCuppa a “bottom feeder.”Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Exceptional Service with Superior Product
Having dealt with my Cuppa for the past 9 months, I have found Jeff and his Crew absolutely fantastic to deal with. As a first time business owner, they have always taken the time to not only answer my questions but to explain why. There exceptional beans have always freshly roasted and mailed to me with exceptional speed. I know they are fresh because they put the roasting date down on the packets. I can certainly see why they have won so many awards.

Unsure about other's comments, but I can definitely vouch for the coffee.
I have found MyCuppa to offer some fantastic coffees and easy service.
Initially we (my partner and I) worked through a variety until we hit on something we really loved. The Columbian Excelso is an organic, fair trade, single origin coffee with heaps of chocolate flavour and plenty of strength that worked fabulously in our flat whites or lattes. It was genuinely giving us a better coffee than we could get in most coffee shops.
For a couple of years we always ordered the Excelso. It was consistent and always hit the spot. Then we thought we...Read more
should mix it up and try out the Monthly Subscription for a while. The subscription delivers a two different specialty coffees every month. We've been on the subscription for almost a year now. For the most part, we've really enjoyed it; not every bean is our favourite, but it's opened our palates to other flavours too and we've found some amazing coffees. I still remember the Papua New Guinea, honey washed beans that were simply AMAZING - full of fruity flavours that blew us away. This was possibly the best coffee bean I've ever tried. We wouldn't have found it if I'd just stuck with our usual order. I understand the subscription might be coming to an end because of their admin costs; all I can say is I hope they manage to keep it going. The coffee always arrives in a couple of days, and has always been roasted in the last few days. We've had no problems with MyCuppa... ever. And we've been buying from them for nearly five years! Highly recommended.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Apparently the environment counts for little
I was a first time online coffee buyer seeking good coffee that I could buy in capsules for my Nespresso machine. I had concerns about biodegradability but wanted to find a good ethically sourced coffee. Well my coffee arrived today and every blooming capsule is wrapped in a plastic sealed bag. So fresh yes but oh lord the poor environment. Won't be coming back I can assure you. In this day and age I would have thought environmental issues would be a significant issue. Not for MyCuppa apparently
