Yes I sent a screenshot of my payment which they said they didnt receive and added loan to to 800 owing cant log in to the wifi service at all no money has been taken off and just keep getting automated messages I like to know how to log in
I'm being robbed by them now. Have blocked through bank. Bank has agreed to keep blocking

If you already had a loan with MyFi and kept your payments on a regular time without any hiccups. The process will be the same, requesting payment details and bank statements.
