First loan. No worries. 2nd one for $50 royally screwed me (as yes ok I had one late payment) anyway paid that out and got confirmation. Re apply for $300 and NO FUNDS as promised as also some other $150 loan randomly has come about and saying I owe money. PLUS some $79 fortnight drawback charge (on some random day/not payday) Huh? 3x things and im without a cent
Phones engaged and on hold forever. No one replies emails. Seems automated. Really not impressed. And frustrated.

Easy to apply, got the loan approved and in bank compratively quickly. Although a bit costly on repayments, for the convenience and simplicity of the application I am very happy.

I took out a loan for $200 to be paid back in full in two payments, I have emailed countless times screen snaps of the two payments $168 and $161 (thats a massive $128 in interest for a one month loan) and there now saying i owe another $240 !!

Customer Service is Excellent. The Members Portal Works Perfectly. Costs are a bit high, but considering that I get Unsecured loans I dont mind paying a little extra. Cigno is one of the Best Lenders Out There. Fast Application and Fast Funds Into Your Account. :-)

They make everything to get more money from you. I don't recommend, interest are huge.
they change the day of one of my payments when I call then to change back to the original date they charge me $22. be smart don't get loan with this guys. horrible costumer service, they have no idea what they doing.

Avoid if possible

Handy if you're in a spot. Loan off family/friends or sell/pawn before considering these guys. They're quick to loan you money but, interest, fees etc. are outrageous. They're really taking advantage of the vulnerable. I loaned a measly $200 and paid them back $280 so far and am still expected to paya further $269. Not worth it.

Don’t care about their customers. I can never get in contact, if I need to. Every time I call I have to wait minimum 45mins. I only get automated emails, saying they contact me but never do. Interest rates are the highest of all Leander’s. My advice, stay away. You be much better off with other Leander’s

Unconscionable Double Standards

Debited massive overpayment, requiring a thirty minute phone call, with the proposed solution to take days for return of the funds. This is despite same day loan funding being available to new applications. Notably, in the reverse situation, Cigno would charge astronomical fees to the borrower.

Hardship provisions offered by any other lender seemingly do not exist at Cigno, with more fees being added instead. Paid back almost double the amount of funds received, and still owe more than original balance of the loan.

No situation is bad enough to resort to this.

The Interest is ridiculous!

We took a loan out of approx $250 and paying back $600! Absolutely ridiculous would never recommend this company!!! Also very hard to contact (apart from using the portal) there is no way to email or hard to phone them, worst loan company!!

Hey Stuart, go onto the Cigno loans website and click on the top right corner then click on members login. If you can remember your email address pop That into username and click forgot password. Good luck!

Dont use them the first loan will be easy the second loan they continue to take payments after your loan is paid out, they dont respond to your emails, your on hold for hours trying to speak to someone and they hang up on you, you try and block them via your bank but they gave 3 different payment ID'S that WESTPAC is aware of and continue to take, because "there waiting on your bank to release funds" ?? The advisor at my bank even told me to stay away from them they are doddgy
