Seem so dodgy to me ! Approved a loan, sent contract without my approval 5minutes later get a email/ txt saying they have cancelled the loan and sent 3 more msgs for or more loan approvals and the dodgy thing was that the bank account they had under my name wasn’t even my one ! wouldn’t have a clue who’s it is ! How do i know if they cancelled the first loan so i know i’m not getting scammed for a loan i haven’t received, by the sound of it they could just take money from my account ! crooks, bloody crooks !

Borrowed small amount and due to fees and charges I've almost paid 3x the loan amount. Highest fees and charges. Be careful if you miss a payment the hammer you with fees. Customer service just refers you to their contract.

Look at other providers like credit24 sunshine loans and money spot. They are the best ones who reschedule no fees or issues. If anything very small fee.

Avoid cigno at all costs.

They are like leeches. Once you contact them, they will not stop contacting you even though you demand it. I have tried several times. When you ring, you cannot get through. They charge exorbitant interest rates. Typical shysters.

I am about to sign contract but there are 2 contract for me to sign? I have asked Cigno loan but they ignored my inquiry. All they said to sign contract.

High Interest Rates, a ripper! They deduct the payout amount amount twice in my account. If you try their service then you must be really desperate. They scam people thinking they can help.

Loan was approved, funds were never deposited. Essentially been scammed and now have to contact lawyer so that I don't get charged for a loan I did NOT recieve. So I'm not sure I have been scammed but I will not be paying for something for nothing.

This is an excellent company. Of course, it is a predatory lending company, but if you follow the rules which are made perfectly clear and pay the exorbitant fees on time, you won't experience any issues. This is for emergencies ONLY. They always come through with the cash, but if you're not prepared to follow the rules, you'll pay the price several times over.

I contacted to enquire (silly me) got sent a member access password before I was even approved and wouldnt let me log in. I sent several requests for resetting passwords and to have someone contact me and never received an email, phone call nothing! I then had it come up oh my credit file that I have an active loan with them when I never received the funds and funnily contacted them and was politely advised I will have this removed for you and send you confirmation this has been actioned. Suprise suprise, nothing! So I have now gone down the path of making a formal complaint to AFCA and again Suprise suprise their ABN and Business name doesnt come up! This will not be the last of my complaint!

Hi all. Do not use these guys for a loan. I got a loan and had to repay more than double back. These guys are greedy crooks. Stay away from these bent crooks. Made my life hell

Sell your soul... you will save money this not worth the headache I received a loan through company have not missed any repayments this company is virtually uncontactable Interest on the repayments is disgusting the way they take advantage of people is disgusting and aparently I have applied for a second loan over my dead bodys dead body!.........the fine print looks pretty and and the loan application process is quick but this all apart of their smoke and mirrors to get you in the door my warning would be to go over the agreement with a fine tooth comb or even better do not give this company your time of day!

Love everything about the place and how easy it is to recover a loan good and easy step by step instructions to receive your loan application I would refer all my friends

These guys slug you fee after fee. I missed a payment they added a huge fee. I argued it with them and stopped paying to it was resolved which after 12 months it's still not and my $250 loan is now at $1300 to repay. They are not getting a cent more than What I originally owed despite the crap they are trying to pull. They are the most unethical lender I have ever had dealings with.

OMG. I cant believe this thieving company. I have proof via their emails and snapshots of zero balances but they keep adding fees. I have oaid extra but now i have withdrawn money from the bank theyve been stealing from. I have lodged a complaint with consumer affairs and ASICS. My mother is also having issues. These crooks dont want you to close your account. Look at the other comments here and you'll see they do this. They cam keep trying to withdraw as these mongrels arent getting anything more from me

One of the best loaning companies possible especially when you are in need for emergency purposes and on the day! I can say I have had a good experience with them.

couldn't long into the member area to check anything even doing pass recovery it said the account was wrong they fast to pre approve but after that nothing another waste of time like wallet wizard

Never will i Loan from you again. I only borrowed $200 and i had to pay back almost $1000. Because was late with some payment you have added more interest. This company is a waste of time. You dont even have contracts you guys ARE RIP OFF'S
