Never again will I use them, I got a $250 loan 2 payments of $198 I have now paid both payments. They are now saying I owe another 198 in a weeks time. Um no my loan repayment in total was $396. I have prof that payments have been made however on their records its saying Ive o lay paid $210...
good luck getting more money of me been to the bank and blocked them as well as reporting them for taking money thats no theirs!!

I took out a loan for $300 and ended up having to payback $550. I made all repayments on time but would definitely not recommend using Cigno for a loan. There are so many cheaper options out there. Cigno is borderline robbery.

It didn't take much to get a loan with Cigno which is worrying. I prefer loan companies making sure you're able to afford the loan than stinging you later with costs because unable to make a payment.

I had some money coming in so I paid the loan out which luckily didn't cost any extra.

I ended up paying nearly double for what I borrowed, so unless you are seriously desperate and able to pay back double on time, I would stay away.

Illegal interest rates absolutely disgusting they have screwed up every single loan i have had with them by taking extra payments instead of finalising the loan one time they didnt try taking a weeks payment then hit me with a $75 dishonour fee and $50 ontop for some letter they wouldnt fix their mistake and were rude on the phone i had the funds in my bank it was their fault then took out 338 out of my bank in one go i had previously done 2 $90+ payments for a 350 loan and they wanted one more payment ontop too absolute theives

They are disingenuous, they don't want you to pay it back and they are charging illegal interest rates. The maximum legal interest is 20% start fee and 4% monthly rate. They are using a loophole in the law to charge 1000% plus by saying they are a broker and referring people. this is illegal and they are about to be shut down, so do yourself a favour and run the other way they are skirting the law and will be shut down soon.

This company is the best one to go through! I have had nothing but satisfaction with them! They have helped beyond any other company and are flexible when you have issues!

Cigno have saved me more than once & although interest rate is high, Cigno are very fair & willing to help where others will reject. As pensioner, I say good on you Cigno!

Ive never had a problem with cigno u can pay back the money over 8 weeks witch is good im very happy with what im doing when i need to get some extra money for emergencys

Do Not take a loan with these thieves, they increase your loan balance unjustly and continue to debit your account even when youve payed out your loan and they breach the loan agreement. Has happened on more than one occasion and theres no excuse for this mal administration and conduct.

I have been a member of Cigno Loans for a few years now and I found them to be the most have found them to be the most understanding financial company yet. I would recommend them as my favorite lending agency ever.

The service i received from cigno is very efficient and i would not hesitate to use them again. Although the rate is a little to high it is reasonable in comparison with other loans.

Cigno are always easy to deal with when you need quick cash - no fuss at all. Im a longtime customer and a happy one. I can happily recommend them to anyone.

Cigno is genuinely a very easy to navigate website, when you apply for the loan you get to pick how many payments and how much youre paying back basically which is super convenient, and if you need the money straight away you can choose to get it within a couple of hours. Also if you need more time you only have to pay $20 and you can choose up to an extra 2 weeks.

Cigno tried to hit me with a loan that I didn't even receive and now I can't get one. Very unprofessional bunch of people. It's hard to get a loan when a single mum on Centrelink payment

Clearly given conditions, immediate financial provision and sensible repayment plan. Readily available staff at the end of the phone when needed. It worked for me. Thank you Cigno Loans. My second time. Excellent. Honest.
