Fantastic milk formula!
We switched to Bubs and haven't turned back. My 12 week old daughter wasn't able to tolerate several other formulations, but Bubs goat milk has worked a treat. Slightly more expensive than the average formula but worth it in my opinion. Only issue is sometimes Coles doesn't have much stock of it.

New formula not as good as the old one
My baby boy has a lot of tummy issues and one big one is reflux. Cow's milk gives him diarrhoea so had to put him on goats milk formula. Bubs was so great for him. He stopped vomiting and was putting wight back on. That was the old formula that was apparently made in New Zealand, my baby loved it so much. The new formula is making him sick and he is vomiting a lot and has lots of heartburn and mucus. Not happy that I have to look for an alternative

hope can be cheaper
This one I bought for my friend child once as gift. And she thinks it is good and baby enjoys it. I didn't heard any bad effects from her baby, and it's also quite easy to prepare for infant. I would recommend this product, and hope price can be cheaper

Was perfect until they changed it
My 9 week old daughter loved the Bubs formula. We tried a few other formulas but this one she loved as soon as she tried it. When they changed the formulation of it i noticed my daughter started to sound like she had a lot of mucus stuck in her chest and she starts to then throw up violently to the point where she looks like she cant breath which is the most terrifying thing for a parent to experience. I put it down to the formula because a few weeks ago i bought 4 boxes of the formula from my local Coles and i must have picked up some of the o...Read more
ld and new boxes. As i opened one of the boxes i noticed it was the new one so i started feeding my baby. I noticed she'd throw up everytime and have the mucus but i hought it was just a phase. The consistency of the throw up was also different - it was sticky and full of mucus. When i opened the next box it was the old whiter formulation so fed it to my daughter and I realised she did not throw up not once but again i put it down to her getting older amd being able to hold her feeds better. The mucus disappeared too. When i opened another box its the new more yellowish formulation and since she started on that again she's been throwing up and the mucus has returned. It is so frustrating that the product changed. I was happy to pay for such an expensive product when my daughter was happy and content but now all she does is throw up i am seeking a new formula because I can't stand to watch her stiffen up and throw up the way she does. If the product is back to it's original formulation i will be happy to purchase it again no matter the price.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

be careful with this product
Bought this formula for my father who has lactose intolerance. He also shares with our family dog. It was a shotage on Karicare goat formula so I bought Bubs instead. It seems to be fine for my father but our poor dog vomits every time after consume this Bubs formula which never happens with Karicare Goat formula. Will never buy Bubs again.

WOW! amazing results
My baby girl has been struggling with every other formula on the market, until I decided to try Bub's Goats milk - she's been fussy ever since she has been off the boob and takes this formula without an issue, even her reflux has subsided. Happy to pay the extra for the results! I would recommend to anyone.

Old formulation was much.better
Been using for 8 months. Formulation changed to Australian production, energy (kj) content decreased a lot and feed volume increased, not great for a fussy feeder. Added fish oil was causing reflux since it was started at 3 months. Changed to another goat formula with no fish oil, and reflux has gone, less fussiness, no reflux and no more zantac. Real shame.

New formulation made in Australia made baby sick
My baby did well with the old formulation made on New Zealand but since they changed their formulation being manufactured in Australia my baby has been very unsettled, constipated, gassy & spits up after most bottles. Their website says there may be a transition phase but if there are no new ingredients as they claim, then why would so many babies being getting sick. Steer clear of the new formula not worth the risk of getting baby sick. There is definitely something they're doing wrong.

Great but not consistent
This is one of the best options for goat's milk. My son (4 months now) loves it - smells good, easy to dissolve and burps nicely. But somehow they changed the formula blend and it didn't sit so well with him last time. There might be other factors involved which might be causing him to fuss with the milk. But I'll give it a go once again and see.

Good but some Issues
This formula has been great in getting rid of my sons eczema. And its the only formula my son will now drink. Which is fine.
However I have some issues with the brand itself.
The scoop is ridiculous! You end up wasting so much. It's very poorly designed.
Every time I have to buy a new tin it seems there is less in it every time. I actually suspect their isn't even 800g in the tin to begin with to tell the truth. I have purchased several that are only half full! Which is ridiculous it's taking advantage of parents who use it.
And I find ...Read more

Best formula and much easier on the stomach than cow's milk
Despite this formula being on the expensive side it is the only one that it is made from Goat's milk. Research has shown goat's milk isn't only healthier and more nutritious than cow's milk it is also easier on the stomach and causes less burping and gas, it is also digested quicker. It is the only choice for lactose intolerant babies too as most lactose intolerant people can handle goat's milk. I would still prefer an organic and GMO free option but I contacted the company and they guaranteed that their formula contains no GMO corn/soy etc....

Loved the old blend
I am very disappointed this formula has changed. The nutrient amount has reduced by significant amounts of the DHA and prebiotics and the total energy content reduced. There are no longer any nucleotides added either! I loved the old blend and my baby loved it too. I dont know why the formula changed. Please bring back the old blend or at least ensure there are suffiecient levels of nutrients!

Changed formula
Our boy's been on this formula from early on and he's now 7 months - he's on stage 2 now. Just like another reviewer we noticed the change in formula a few weeks ago. The nutritional content has been reduced a lot and there are less servings per can but it costs the same as before. Very greedy company. Will not be buying the new formulation. They just lost a loyal customer.

Good
Baby started feeding right away at four months. First formula tried. No idigestion or gas problems noticed since introducing this formula. Seems to be mild. Bought from coles. Seems to be pretty expensive, but got an offer when we bought the formula. Dissolves very easily. But had constipation and gas earlier, its mild and helpful.

Mothers & bubs watch out for new design formula
Bubs goat formula has produced a new formula made in australia this time, I gave my son since he was born the tin made in New Zealand and was fantastic. But last week I went into Coles bought the same tin, aluminium with purple lid stage 1, thinking was the usual, and made my baby very sick with diarrhoea and vomiting the formula, when he never did ....I look at the Nutrition information and the tin made in australia was completely different ! I trusted the company and if now they are trying in cutting cost making the formula in australia, first of all let the customer know that a changed has made and don't play with newborns health! I feel mislead and please watch out!

Bubs formula cleared up my baby's eczema
I started bottle feeding at 6wks and ever since my daughter has had a terrible red rash which started only in her elbow and knee creases and then spread to her face and belly. My doctor suggested I try Bubs goat milk formula because it is the only one that is based on goat whey protein and it cleared up the rash within a few weeks. I might try cow’s milk again when she is a toddler but for now Bubs has worked magic. I highly recommend it to anyone with a baby with skin conditions.

Thanks bubs!
Hands down that's the best formula my 7 week baby ever had. I tried maybe 5 different formulas before bubs and bubs is like a miracle for him. one of my colleagues at work introduced me to bubs. First I doubted if my baby loves it or not but it works and I am over the moon.

My daughter likes it
The formula is easy to prepare, the guide is easy to understand.
My 14 weeks old seems to enjoy it
She was not happy with the other formula which was made of cows milk but now she seems to like the Goat formula.
No, she did not show any side effects.

Perfect for colic/reflux baby
LIFESAVER
Both our Bubs had colic
Wish I knew about this product with my first.
Found this product with the second bub and it made a massive difference, she still wasn't absolutely cured, still was a bit upset but she didn't seem like she had as much wind pain
She would fuss through Her bottles and then after she would scream as if she were in pain.
We tried a few formula's even a thickener Coz we suspected reflux
When we swapped to Bubs she never fussed through the bottle and would settle alot better
Alot lighter on the tummy
Formula is light and has a good smell
Highly recommend

what is convenient degree of water to blend milk?
1 answer
Hi Trang, when you say degree do you mean the temperature of the water? Water should be "sterilised" for before 6 months of age by boiling ahead of time and letting it cool. I found this a frustrating process to then have to hear up the water to warm the bottle, so my clever hubby came up with this trick: we would fill all the bottles to 2/3-3/4 of the required water level with boiled water and let them cook (winter made this easy, otherwise use fridge but no teat on the bottle as too cold for our baby's preference), then boil the kettle for each feed and top up the bottle. Instant warm water, add formula and shake well. Check the temp first on your skin before giving to Bub. That will help you work out the amount to prefix the bottle with too. Hope that helps!
