Is hydrochloride bad for you? I know this is a vitamin and not a prescription medication, yesterday I had a bad reaction to eleva (antidepressant) and was taken to hospital, it caused me really bad anxiety and my heart was beating through the roof, hydrochloride was one of the ingredients in it, I've just bought this natures way anti stress and it also contains hydrochloride would it be okay to take?

Hi John, given you were hospitalised my advice would be to consult your doctor before taking anything. You need to clarify exactly what you had a reaction to, or at least narrow it down.
I have been taking these for over 5 years and never had any reaction as of yet but everyone is different.Yes check with your GP but i reckon that you should not have any problems taking these.

Can you please tell me how large the tablet is - and is it a gel tablet or a solid tablet.

The tablet is big, probably the size of a panadol rapid tablet- not sure if you know what size that is. But it is a bigger tablet. The tablet is a solid one, however you only need to take one at night :)
