I recently watched A Current Affair and was shocked to learn that the Green Tea in the shakes aren't good for your liver.
So far 2 reported cases of liver transplants have been linked to the Green Tea added in these shakes!
I just bought 2 boxes and I'm scared to finish them.
Please be careful everybody.

I certainly do, I add berries to the raspberry fatblaster and banana to the vanilla one. A spoonful of instant coffee goes really nicely with the chocolate one too!

Won't be a problem as long as you keep your intake of calories to what the guide says. Keep a note of the calorie count of any extra snacks, fruit etc you have during the day. I tried the vanilla with coffee but that vanilla shake has the strangest taste I just couldn't get used to it.

I not exactly sure about using it for hot chocolate. All I do know is this stuff works. I had a starting weight of 119.1kg. Over the last 3 months I use it in 150ml of skim milk 3 times per day. Currently I am 97.7. Thats nearly 22kg! Good Luck.

Can you make your shake in the morning to take to work for lunch it says on the packaging to drink straight away but I can’t make one at work for lunch so was wondering if it could be made of a morning and consumed later?

Dont think so because it goes vry thick if you let it stand for five minutes. ? Maybe jst take powder in small container and milk in a plastic shaker and combine for lunch. I use a nutribullet to mix mine as it's more like a thick shake. You can buy bottles of diet drink already mxed but not sure what brand they are. Think Tony Ferguson and about $4. Hope thats helpful.

I am aming to have a healthy Breakfast and use Shakes for Lunch and Dinner. What do you think?

I think your idea of having a healthy breakfast and then shakes for lunch and dinner is a great idea. I had shakes for breakfast and lunch then had a healthy dinner but I can't see anything wrong with you doing it your way at all. However I wouldn't recommend having the shakes with just water. Reason being is that I found that with milk that I stayed fuller much longer. What I did do is use half light milk and half water. It was much cheaper than using skim milk as well. You may even find that using a quarter of light milk works for you. I think partly why these shakes worked for me is because they taste so good. I did try using only water once but it tasted nowhere near as good as with some milk added and I honestly found that it did not stop me from feeling hungry. Infact my stomach would start rumbling soon after. Maybe that's why they recommend having it with milk. I should also add that after I had lost about 3 kilos I found myself with more energy so started walking daily. Just short walks at first and then before I knew it I was walking a couple of ks a day. That's the thing with this shake. I know some people complain about the sugar content but I believe that that is what gave me so much energy after a week. It actually made me want to get out and exercise. Even though the scales kept telling me that I had lost weight EVERY week it wasn't until almost exactly a month that I could tell by the looseness of clothing and I felt much firmer everywhere. A few weeks later and that's when other people started noticing that I was much slimmer which was an amazing feeling. I honestly believe that if you stick to these shakes and try to exercise even as much as you possibly can this will work for you. The key is to stick to it even if you feel like giving in at times. I was a little disheartened until after just 4 weeks and then I knew I had discovered something amazing to help me lose weight and I truly hope it will help you too.

I have started taking the man shake as the fat blaster is full of sugar which defeats the purpose.

Thank you for the Encouragement. I will mix Shakes with Light Milk and Water. I don't mind the taste on water but I did feel my stomach rumbling soon after. I am starting to do light exercise as well.
