They say when you first take a proibotic it should make you go to the toilet and do number 2 within a hour or two then you know its a good proibotic does this one do that do you know? thanks scott

I did find this, I also find now it keeps me regular as well. I only take one a day I found at the start it did make me do number 2 but it was only for the first week :) hope that helps .

I usually take it in the morning before breakfast, this was recommended to me by my endocrinologist. I take 1 tablet a day :)

Yes it's gluten free but has Inulin which is problematic for people with ibs. It is high in fodmap

It started immediately for me, when I don't take it I get a lot of the symptoms I use to get plus felt uncomfortable a lot and would wake during the night because of it. I do take mine just before bed though and it keeps me feeling normal.

100% it will help you. For me and my friends/family with the same issue it has helped greatly. My only comment would be that over several years now of using this product, there have been a few batches that haven't seemed as potent. But on the whole it is a great product and I use it almost daily.

We just bought Gastro HEALTH for constipation date is on box exp; 09/12 would that mean sept. 2012 it then would be out of date?

Yes this is out of date so don't use, return to where you purchased for a replacement or refund.
