We’ve used North Coast Removals recently for an interstate move (northern NSW to ACT) and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their quote was competitive and their service exceptional. I felt like they actually cared and wanted our business and to help us. Their communication was excellent, they called/emailed when they said they would and let me know every step of the way what was going on and what to expect. The guys that did the job for us (2 different blokes at each end) were friendly, helpful and experienced and I felt completely at ease with them managing our move. Thank you so much for helping take a little stress out of a big move!

Our move was fairly big. The service from Sydney to Gold Coast was amazing and delivered on time as promised. Ben and Dale were very professional and knowledgeable. The made things look easy. We are greatful to you guys for your professionalism.

We have used this company for two moves this year. The first move was Sydney to Port Macquarie (4 bedroom house) followed by our second move from a villa to a high rise apartment within Port Macquarie. There was not a single issue with either move, in fact, all the guys involved were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly, starting with Luke as the first point of contact, who was extremely helpful, polite, and on the ball with both moves. The movers were on time, and all our items were moved with care and expertise. We are very satisfied customers & I highly recommend North Coast Removals & Storage to anyone moving house.

We contacted Luke at North Coast Removals who was very efficient with helping us with our move from the South coast to the far north coast. We had a two bed room house that needed to be cleared to allow tenants to move in. Timing was a real factor and Luke made it happen for us. The truck arrived at the time specified and the removal staff were very efficient. Nothing was a problem. We would recommend North Coast Removals anytime

I’d a complex move across 2 storage sheds on a very rainy day to my new home. The gentlemen @Port Macquarie Removals & Storage successfully completed the task and put me at ease from the outset. The experienced Josh & Cameron knew their craft & loaded the truck effortlessly. They were incredibly patient, positive and professional. I had total confidence it would all arrive in one piece. Our move was long distance maybe 10 hours with traffic. They did arrive a bit late for pick up, they were held up at the last place, these things happen. They were the nicest people. Everything came the next day. :) was a very good experience and price.. A must pick for sure.

3 bedrooms, house. Moved from the Northern Rivers to the Blue Mountains, twice within a year. The move started on time and was completed on time as previously agreed - both times. The team was very professional and took good care of our paintings, antiques and Persian rug collection. They were also a $1000 cheaper than another company we approached. Trustworthy and amicable to do business with, we'll definitely be using them again!

Charged us $465 to move a lounge, fridge, washing machine, 2 single and 1 queen beds and a small filing cabinet just two blocks it took them a fraction over 1 hour. They were late arriving! We were quoted far less over the phone but then informed there are minimums in an email quote, there were no $ amounts on the quote which we didn't receive until last minute on the day of the move. These people are scammers and very aggressive, best avoided.

I recently moved from the city to a regional town in NSW and I really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I was all prepared to lose my mind in the process but the team at NCR were incredible. I’m so grateful and it’s a rare thing to receive such excellent service, especially all the way from start to completion.

Moving from Sydney to Ballina a week before Christmas wasn’t easy, but north coast removals made it possible with friendly, efficient service. The removalists themselves were helpful, down to earth and really friendly. Nothing was too hard for them. And the cost, compared with other companies at that time of year, was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if needed and recommend this company to others.

We used North Coast Removals (AKA Port Removals, Frontline Removals) to move our family from Sydney to Port Macquarie in December. It was such a crazy time of the year to move but we had to get settled before Xmas. The boys Brad and Cameron were amazing, nothing was an issue for them, they made this move so "stress free".
Everything just went smooth as. I recommend North Coast Removals to anyone making a move.

Port Macquarie Removals & Storage, or otherwise known as North Coast Removals & Storage in my case, would rate a big 'keep clear' as far as I'm concerned.
They damaged both our bedroom dresser and washing machine.The washing machine fell off the trolley and was so damaged the repair bill was more than the cost of a new machine.
Several attempts to contact them regarding the damage fell on deaf ears which ended up with me having to take it up with first AFRA (a waste of time), and then the Department of Fair Trading only to be told they were now in the hands of Voluntary Administration. Why wasn't I surprised?
