Mixed reactions

published

We gave it to our little ones aged 18 months, 32 months and an almost 4 year old. The youngest one wolfed it down, and wanted a second one. The middle child drank a little and said she didn’t like it at all and didn’t want to drink anymore. The eldest child who is admittedly out of the age range for the product likes it at first but didn’t drink much before saying he’d had enough. No one had any reaction or side effects. It was easy to prepare but it didn’t mix very well

Unfortunately toddler didn’t like it

published

Sent for a free trial. Beautiful and practical packaging. Australian made. Unfortunately my 2.5 year old didn’t like it, she knew it was different just by the smell. Might try it in a smoothie.

Son not a fan

published

I received a sample tin of this to try with my 2.5 yr old son. Unfortunately I couldn’t get him to drink it after multiple tries. He didn’t like the smell of it when he raised the cup to his mouth.

Easy toddler milk drink

published

This toddler milk drink is easy to prepare although does take a lot of shaking up and storing to fully dissolve. My toddler tries it as a drink on its own but opted for generic milk instead. It has a very full creamy flavour and is almost like vanilla. I persisted with the product and tried it over her cereal which she enjoyed. Giving this, it's a great opportunity to add in more nutrients and vitamins into my toddlers breakfast.

Good for toddlers who struggle with normal milk

published

Very sweet tasting, so my toddler happily drank it. Is made with skim milk powder so I'm not sure there's enough fat in it for a growing toddler. However he loves normal cows milk anyway so we'll probably stick with that.

Toddler likes it but...

published

My toddler really enjoyed this milk drink however at the time of purchase I didn't read how much sugar it had. 16g of sugar for 1 bottle is a lot in comparison to other toddler milk drinks ive purchased before. Only for that reason I wouldn't buy again. I however do love the fact it is organic and Australian made and owned.

Points of praise

  • Toddlers enjoyed the taste of Nutura Organic Stage 3 Formula, even fussy bubs. As one parent wrote, there is ‘no crying over bad taste.’
  • Parents reported the formula to be a great addition in smoothies, oats and even desserts like scones and scrolls. This made it a great way to get in some extra nutrients for their kids.
  • The lack of side effects and reactions to this toddler drink was appreciated by parents and caregivers, who also reported it helped with their children's bowels.
  • An easy flip lid that stays attached to the tin makes dishing out bub’s formula easier for parents.
