Does the job really well
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)This dishwasher was really cheap and yet it works really well. The only issue I have with it is that it has a cutlery basket instead of a drawer (which I prefer). The 90 minute cycle is quick and very hot - and cleans everything beautifully. I have no complaints - it's a bargain for the price.

ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)This dishwasher is really quiet, I barely even realise its on. My dishes come out really clean better than hand washing. The only thing is that the drain hose is a bit short, and the fact that omegas customer service are slow and delayed. Upon using my dishwasher for the first time it had an error come up, nothing major but I worked out and fixed the problem but the error message didn’t disappear, when I contacted them, they were slow at responding and wanted to send a service man out to fix it after I already resolved the issue.

When you turn child lock on it means that if the child oresses buttons it doesnt change the settings, but a child could still open the door or turn the power button on and off. Im just lucky my 2 year old isnt strong enough to open the doshwasher door I bought the dishwasher at a great price too and it was a bargain at half price! I have no problems now with dishwasher and im glad I purchased it. It helps me out alot sonce I havent got much time now to do dishes, having a 2 year old and twin newborns.

ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)Excellent performance. Someone did not use if properly, you'd better select a proper program to clean. For large plates, you can adjust the upper basket level and put large plate at the bottom and you can get a good clean. Clean is OK. Great value. Only 400-500, when compared with other makes, this one is much better.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)This is our second Omega ODW702XB stainless dishwasher and they are absolutely the best.
The first we purchased new a few years ago for our previous house in NSW, we sold and moved to QLD where there was a Dishlex in our new house that kept flooding the kitchen.
So, we bought our second Omega @ $430.
Tried and tested, easy to operate, very quiet and washes really dirty BBQ dishes with ease (using Aldi's dishwasher tablets).
Absolutely the best dishwasher !.

Value for money
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)This model dishwasher does a good job. Even ones I have owned from European manufacturers don't do a better job. It was a modestly priced machine that I purchased for a rental property but ended up installing in my own home. What a surprise it was to find out that this machine was every bit as good as much higher priced machines. I had underestimated this product. It has whisper quiet operation with a delay start function, ideal for dinner parties. My only little irk with it is that the plate racks collapse a little too easily. Don't get me wr

Maybe a few more places for stemware would have been nice but all in all a great buy with every feature of much more expensive machines. If you are looking for a new dishwasher look no further than this machine.Best dish washer ever
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)This dish washer cleans really well. Love the fact it has adjustable drawers for larger dinner plates.
I think it is the quietest dishwasher I've had. It dries very well also. Was not a grossly priced product and very affordable. I could not live without my dish washer, i have been spoilt.
More Aussie Workers Made Redundant
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)Our last dishwasher left home. Damn teenagers. We took the opportunity to replace the entire kitchen including the installation of an automatic dishwasher. We have an open plan house with the lounge area next to and opens into the lounge area. We find it quieter than a whining teenager and cheaper to run - eg less than 4 liters of water on a rinse cycle, doesn't drop cups and plates to break them, no demand for money or some other gratuity and can do them when we want with the delay function. In using the delay function on a teenager we find t

Complete clean on appropriate programme with Finish Powerball tablets bought in bulk on e-bay. So cheap operation. From day 1, I have ensured the filter is cleaned after almost every load so it is an easy job - no gunk build up. We have 4 adults with regular entertaining and day care business on the premises. Handles everything from large mixing bowls to small baby spoons. Run 2 to 3 times a day - cops a flogging. No wonder teenagers left. In operation over 6 months so far. No complaints yet other than now the last teenager has returned...Perfect.
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)I just recently got this dishwasher after never owning one before. The unit is perfect. Cleans well on powder and tablets, looks good too. For all the bad reviewers I don't what the problem is, it's a good dishwasher.

Best dishwasher owned
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)This dishwasher was bought as a replacement for an ASKO. Before the ASKO, we had a Dishlex. The Omega has been by far the cheapest one we have owned, being less than half the price of the ASKO, but it has been the best of all the dishwashers we have owned.
The controls are easy to use and there is a chime to tell you when it is on, when buttons are pressed, and when the wash cycle is over. The trays are well laid out. It seems smaller than the other 2, but for a family of 4 it fits everything we need to put into it.
We use the one-hour cycle, which is the minimum length for it to use the detergent tablets. It is washing better than the ASKO on the same amount of time.
Purchased for $500 from The Electric Discounter.
Great value and a practical choice
ODW702XB (Stainless Steel)I bought this dishwasher for our holiday house - less time washing dishes is more relaxation time :-) It has a quick wash feature which still cleans perfectly and saves water, and the water usage rating is very good - better than some dishwashers at twice the price. The Good Guys staff where I bought this say it's made my Midea who apparently are the biggest dishwasher manufacturer in the world. I since bought a higher spec Omega dishwasher for our home and I am impressed by the value and quality.
