My wife and I have had this mattress for about 2 months now and we are very happy with it!
it is more on the firm side so we did change the layers so that it was a bit more soft which was perfect for me but still a bit hard for my wife (she is use to a more softer bed). We ended up buying a mattress topper which now makes it even more comfortable. It is only soft on the top but still provides a firm base without any sagging which we love. Would highly recommend for the price!

the mattress was easy to unpack and fit right in. Its very comfortable and my partner has given her approval as well since i move alot and she cant feel the movement at all compared to our older bed. I feel fresh every morning when i wake up and less tired. This bed is worth the price i paid for it.

Unbelievably comfortable and supportive. Keeps it shape even when used by plus sized persons. Changeable firmness which is an amazing feature. It's so supportive that you can't feel when the kids come in during the night or when the partner rolls. No built up sweat patches.

I was a bit skeptical about beds in boxes, however our One Bed has been amazing. It is comfortable and it is easy to change the firmness. Since getting our new mattress, sleeping has been great and I haven’t woken up sore at all.

Takes some time to get used to, my wife hated it for the first month or so, she is definitely liking it more now.
I have spondy lower back, was in pain for the majority of the time on the mattress, seems to have slowed down a bit.

After looking at the reviews and comments, we finally ordered our Onebed mattress. Our delivery was the next day as promised. We followed the instructions for opening the mattress and a few hours later, our mattress was ready. We optioned for the softess feel but still found it a little hard to bought an eggshell foam topper. And now really happy with the bed. Unlike the old mattress (only 12 months old and heavy, we can lift and make this bed so much easier. Well worth the dollars.

Mattress was delivered very quickly after purchase. After a week or so, we have noticed a positive effect on regular morning back pain. Firm but comfy.

I find the mattress a little firm but being new it might take time to soften somewhat. However my partner loves it. The quality seems good. For the price we are very happy with mattress.

I have had this mattress for a few months now and have found it to be such good quality. It was a great buy. Would definitely recommend this mattress. The order came quickly. The mattress feels firm to the touch but when you sleep on it it is so supportive and comfortable.

This matress in a box is good if you like the firmer side. I had trouble where the edge was too soft on other brands and I can't sit upright on the edge but this mattress was firm enough for that.

We have had the mattress for over a month and are still finding it too hard for our liking. I have tried to contact the support team to see if there is anyway of making the mattress softer (Emailed, called and tried online chat) and received no response at all. Have considered returning the mattress, but worried I will not receive the refund, due to lack of response.

Update: I managed to get in contact with the support team yesterday via live chat to organise return of the mattress - Patty was extremely helpful. Waiting on an email from the returns team

a bit sceptical about the mattress before i ordered it but my god what a mattress. feel so supported it and sleep like a baby night after night. would never go back to another mattress
