Great prices
I have baught a few items from Openshop over that lase few months. The shipping is very fast, an packaged well. The items I have baught I've been extremely happy with.
Disappointed they now charge delivery for most items.

I bought a refrigerator from the Open shop and it is great!
Price was better than good. It was cheaper than my local distributor at $300.
Delivery time was faster than my local shop in QLD.
I was very happy with purchase and waiting for the bonus product they are sending.

Postage too expensive
I wanted to order 2 small Michael Marcus items. I was going to be charged $14.00 postage. OMG...thought TVSN was expensive, but Openshop took the cake. Did not buy and will not again. Disappointed

Poor shipping and follow up
Poor communication with the client over extended delays in product delivery, they took an out of our hands approach, no ownership, poor choice of shipping carrier. All too hard to do business with on the phone, and follow up with the client below industry standard.

Ordered 2 pillows only got one
I ordered 2 wool blend pillows but only recieved one paid for 2, enquired but kept getting told still coming ??? Given a tracking number but goes no where ??? Still waiting i think they only sent one but cgarged me for 2 . I wont buy from them ever again .

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
To return Michael Macus skincare products. I have returned the products more then 2 weeks and nothing comes back. Emailed to asked the reason and received a partial amount. So rang up customer service 24.04.20 around 8.15pm. I was shocked that the consultant was so rude, shouting and swearing at me. Then he just cuts the lines. Never in my entire life has received such shocking rude call. Before that I had an other very bad experience with another consultant regarding the same products. I don't think I would shop in open shop again. I did alot of shopping in other tv shopping channel for years. They were always very professional and excellent customer service. What a shocking experience!!!

Not happy. Damaged. Cheap fastenings
After waiting 14 business days my necklace arrived. I made several enquires and eventually was told there had been an issue
The necklace arrived an the stringing is cheap and about to break. This was not an inexpensive necklace. I think the hardware is not of good quality either

Great shopping experience

Excellent service
Just to be clear, this review is for the TV channel Openshop, it isn't about the product I bought (which, when I write it, will sadly only get a 1 star review, as it was something I badly needed but burnt out after 4 uses.
However, when i wrote to OpenShop in an email and explained the problem and attached photos to show them what happened, I was extremely impressed by the service.
I had a reply within a couple of hours. It was a personalised reply, not one of those computer generated ones that just says they have received your message etc etc

Outrageous waste!
My review isn't in relation to the product itself but to the offensive waste on several fronts that was used to mail it. The product in question was x 4 tiny packets of filters - All of which could fit into one envelope! Unbelievably, the tiny packets (all ordered at the one time) were placed in 4 different packages and l was charged 4 different postal charges for them. (12 of those tiny packets could have easily fitted into one of those packages). Clearly there must be a deal going on with Australia Post and you have absolutely no conscience ...Read more

Otherwise - Why would you charge people more than is necessary, why would you pollute the world with more plastic postal bags than is necessary and why would you quadruple the work load with packaging and handling than is necessary??? For our planets sake Openshop - Catch up to the 21st century and do your bit - stop the waste - of both money and time, stop polluting and absolutely stop the greed! Fast service
Saw some poor reviews online so was not sure of making purchase. But very easy to order online, they offer afterpay and the goods were delivered with 3 business days, exactly what was promised.
