Hi, have been using my nightlight/diffuser in my daughters room for a few weeks now and tonight noticed a small black mark on the small vibration plate, I tried to gently clean it off with a cotton bud but the mark is still there. Any ideas what is it ? Will it effect operation?

I was just wondering if this product has the same results as a humidifier/vapouriser? I’m looking at buying a humidifier for when my baby has kicked nose, cold etc...

Hi Kate, Humidifiers are used to add moisture to the air, usually with the intent of combating dry climates or relieving cold and flu symptoms. A vaporizer is a type of warm mist humidifier that uses boiling water to create hot steam. ... Because they use boiling water, vaporizers can be unsafe around small children. Hi. I was wondering how to keep this Diffuser on all night. I can't seem to have it working any longer then 180mins. I believe it should have a continuous option that lasts until the water runs out? Any ideas?

Hi Ivica, thanks for the message. The AD100 will run on continuous until the water level reaches the empty level and will auto shut off. Please find the instruction in the User Guide on page 3:
Press the “ON/OFF” button to turn on. The mist function and light are now on, and the light will now cycle through the different colours. Choose the duration required by pressing the ON/OFF button
(continuous spray/60minutes/120minutes/180minutes).

What is the noise level on this product?
I am using this in a medium sized bedroom and the vibration sound annoys me. I am afraid if it's a faulty unit or it's normal. I am from NZ by the way.

Is there any way to know what settings you are on? I was under the impression that you could turn off the mist and only use as a night light however can not figure it out.
