I brought 2 the one I ordered on a Sunday for my grandkids in Brisbane had it by Thursday. The second on I ordered again on a Sunday and it was in Sydney by the Tuesday. I ouch asked a top for them both thought they would come in green as that was what I had ordered but both tops came in hot pink, but not to worry the kids still love them and the top keeps the leaves ant the possums out. I paid mine off over approx 4 months leading up to Christmas. No dramas at all and then delivered in time for Christmas for no charge. They are a good range of extra's to add on too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trampoline with a good warranty and service.

This trampoline is great and was easy to assemble with instruction booklet. It has many accessories and we also bought extra basketball ring which is a huge hit with the kids! The staff in store were very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Bought a 10ft trampoline with spring upgrade (strongly recommend) for my 3 kids for Xmas! They're on it for hours everyday!! Very secure netting for peace of mind & a fun mat with numbers/colours/shapes. My only regret is not getting the 12ft.

Very happy with the product. It has excellent bounce. We purchased the extra strong NZ springs which are great. We live in Rural NSW and the trampoline arrived within a week of ordering online. Oz Trampolines threw in a cover which I didn't expect which is fantastic for when we go away for a few days as it keeps the mat free from sun and rain which should prolong the life of the mat. I recommend purchasing from Oz Trampolines.

Based on extensive research including many positive online reviews, Santa decided the ten foot Oz Trampoline was the ideal gift for the kids. Delivered in time for Christmas, and as they say it came with everything. We also purchased the tent which is fantastic in providing shade. Instructions were good, definitely watch the instruction videos on their website to get some tips. Not difficult to assemble. A great experience and recommended.

My son loves his trampoline. When we got it my husband said the post man has the same one and was so happy with his too. The parts are so strong and good quality. I'm glad I did my research and found oz trampolines. I'm sure we will have it for many years to come.

We ordered the 10ft for Christmas for our 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter along with the basketball hoop. Though it took a few hours to put together this was mainly due to the heat. We found the instructions were simple. The tool to help with attaching the mat is fantastic and made it pain free! There was a pole missing in the basketball hoop pack but once we got ahold of Oz trampolines (took a few days due to all the public holidays ) we received a replacement promptly. This was no drama as the kids could still use the trampoline. Would diffently recommnd to family and friends. Also love that they accept layby and after doing research found they are the only online company that does unless using a department store.

Cannot express just how happy we are with this product. Fantastic company with a fantastic product. Delivered within 48 hours of ordering. No hassle and came with spare parts to boot. Easy to assemble and quality seems to be spot on. Longevity will be the real test but so far no complaints and would recommend to anyone.

We purchased this trampoline for our Grandson. It was easy to order & delivery was prompt & the package was left where we asked for it to be. Assembly was easy & relatively quick.
The design itself is very well thought out & as a result there are now sharp edges, exposed bolts etc that could halm small children.
We chose the "Blue" colour which was well liked by our grandson. He really loves the trampoline & playes on it every day. We thoroughly, recomend Oz Trampolines & their product - we could not be happier

We recently moved house and gave our old trampoline away. We decided to upgrade to a better trampoline and I'm happy we did. The Oz trampoline is sturdy, well designed, quality zip and padding on outer bars and inner on springs. Bouncy but sturdy mat. Kids love the numbers printed on the mat and the netting is great to tie around the base to stop littlies and pets from going under the trampoline while others jumping.

I love that everything was included, including games and spare parts. Cannot fault the company fabulous to deal with!!
We chose the option of the Nz springs and I don't know if it's the springs or just me but the bounce feels a little stiff. Maybe I just thought it would be bouncier, don't get me wrong my daughter still loves it I just felt it would have a better bounce. My neighbor received a different brand for Chrissy so I'll pop over there and do a compararsion at some stage, just not as bouncy as I imagined I guess. Maybe the Nz springs make it stiffer who knows? But a great buy with all the other inclusions can't fault them!

The item description of the oval trampolines says they come with the printed design mat.
However opening the boxes revealed a plain mat. The response to my follow up email didn't address this query AT ALL. Then after ringing oz trampolines, they notified me that the printed design is only for round trampolines.
So until they update their website, dont expect the printed mat!!
A simple description error has caused me to feel slightly mislead especially when spending 700+ dollars. It can be the little things like this that sway you to choose between companies. Having already explained the concept of the design mat to an eager 6yr old, im annoyed to have to then disappoint her.

We have had our trampoline for 3 months now & could not be happier! You can tell the base is very strong & sturdy unlike the cheap crap from Kmart/BigW.
We also got an upgrade on our springs, which I highly recommend as they have lifetime warranty!

Purchased a trampoline from Oz trampoline, thinking that we were getting a safer, better quality trampoline than the cheap ones. After the 2 year warranty had expired, my daughter friend went right through the bottom mat. Luckily she wasn't hurt. Emailed company and was told that the warranty had expired by 5 months and they could sell me a replacement mat instead. They are no better quality that the cheaper ones.
