I was first introduced to 'Panamax' in my early teens. Panamax is far more effective, far more quickly than Panadol. It targets muscle pain, rather than nerve pain as Nurofen is designed to do, so is no substitute for Nurofen, but equally as effective for muscle pains and headaches. Excellent for migranes and period pain sufferers. Works particularly quickly if taken with warm milk and helps one sleep if pain is severe. Highly recommend as a cheaper and more effective alternative to Panadol.
Cheaper than competitor products. Can be purchased in bulk 100 packs. Effective pain relief. Consistency of product. Consistent packaging that is easy to find when shopping.

the panamax pain relief product is a very cheap alternative to panadol of nurofen tablets, but provide that same pain relief as the more expensive brands. as it is cheaper the panamax tablets do not have the nice smooth texture on the other tablet brands which make them a little harder to swallow and do not taste very nice if you leave them in your mouth for a long period of time but are fine if swallowed straight away, this makes it a lot harder for children to take this product.

These pain killers work just as well if not better than the Panadol and much, much better than the Nurofen ones. The tablets can be easily swallowed but they do not have a gel coating which makes them taste rather powdery sometimes. 100 comes in the box and it only coasts about $3. Before I would pay $5 dollars for a box of 12. I can only find these in the pharmacy which is annoying because I cant pick them up when I go grocery shopping.

i always buy panamax, i buy the box of 100 and usually buy a few boxes at once so i have them at home and at that price you cant go wrong and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg to buy a few boxes. i find no difference between panadol or nurofen or panamax except the price so i would never buy the other 2 for the price they are. great product, great value, its a must for everyone to try

Panamax did absolutely nothing to relieve pain, even after allowing a couple of hours for it to work. Used mostly for period pain, it never produced any results, despite the ingredients and amount of each ingredient being the same as that of Panadol. Many of my family members say they think it works, however for me it never has-- whether that is beause of it actually not working, or if its just my mind making me thing that (a placebo of sorts), I have no idea.
Nothing much apart from the price and that they are available from most pharmacies/chemists.
I didn't find Panamax to work at all in relieving pain.

Its a really good buy for what you get. Although they are not coated like many of the more expensive brands, its better than paying $4 for a 24 pack of name brand where i can pay half the price and get 100 tablets that are the exact same strength of paracetamol and (for me and everyone else living in the house) works the exact same.

Panamax would be one of the cheapest pain relief medicines that you can buy and I have seen the larger packets sold at chemists for only a couple of dollars in the past. However, I have never found the tablets to be the hardest working and have not had a lot of luck whenever I have used some trying to get rid of a bad headache. I think they are fine if the pain is quite mild but I would not be reaching for these if the pain was a bit more severe.

I think that this product is the best one that is out on the market, it comes out in bulk. It is easy to take, not so bad and it works well.

This product is very efficient and cost effective. I believe it works just as well and quickly as products such as panadol. The only difference is the coating which for adults is generally not an issue anyway. You can purchase packets in large quatities which makes it great to keep stored in the medicine cabinet for when you run out. It is widely available at pharmacies across australia. I highly recommend the product for anyone looking for a quick fix for their pain.

These tablets are very cheap but I failed to see how they actually worked. I did not notice any difference at all.

I had no relief from the pain that I was trying to get rid of when I used these tablets.

I popped two today for an emerging headache and they worked fine. I always take two Panamax when I have a headache, just to be sure. Because they're sold in big packets regular headache sufferers won't find themselves running out of tablets.

I can't even remember how we got on to Panamax, but I know that it is very effective and works very quickly. The large box means that there are always some left. The box can be divided between medicine kit, camping gear, car, handbag, work and there is plenty to go around. The price is also a huge factor for us and after using this product I just can't justify paying the extra amounts for the 'other brands'.
Cost effective - a decent family sized box, rather than a piddly tiny little box that runs out very quickly. Always work quickly

These tablets are a fantastic, cheap and effective pain tablet. They are available at any pharmacy and are as cheap as chips. There are 100 in a box and they are equivalent to Panadol. If you have a concession card or pension card, you can also get them on prescription but it is just a cheap if not cheaper to just buy them over the counter. When they are on special you can pick them up for about $1.99 a packet! Tablets are packed in card form and are easy to pop into your handbag for when you need them travelling.

These are the most cost effective pain relief on the market when it comes to headache, aches & pains! Huge box and even then it's only cheap -they definately need to be marketed more, so people can start saving! I only tried them through a friend when I was there, otherwise I never would have bought them and was amazed at how quick they workd -now its all i use in the house for everyday/common type pain relief.

We buy these in place of buying Panadol. They work the same but come in a much larger box for a much smaller price. I think we get about 48 tablets for $5 or so. To me this is quite a large saving and better value on my hip pocket. Unfortunately these are only available in the chemist which can sometimes be a pain. But well worth a trip to an extra shop.

panamax is great,i uses them occasionaly for headaches as they come in such a big packet i never run out and the price of them is incredible compared to other medicines available that dont even work as good as panamx,the good thing about using them also is that you can have as a tablet or they can be dissolved in water

you dont hear enough about them so you wouldnt buy them unless you knew some one who had already tried them

in these tough times when we are all trying desperately to save money on even small things this product is a lot less expensive than most of the other brands, it is also I believe the only paracetamol product that your doctor can write a script for on PBS if you have a health care card so you get it even cheaper
i like the fact that this product is so cheap and it does exactly the same job as the other brands. it is also good because you can dissolve it in water, it takes a couple of minutes

Overall a great cheap alternative for pain relief only if you dont mind swallowing big tablets and you swallow them quickly to stop them from dissolving in your mouth. Always available at chemists. Large packs are good too

The tablets are quite big and hard to swallow. They have an awful taste as they start to dissolve in your mouth.
