Been on a 1300 line with them for 15 minuets just to get hanged up on. Been calling regarding a job that they have posted, but the website provides no instructions on how to apply other than to follow a link that was broken. Tried to register instead via their site but the registration button/link is broken.

Waist of time and money.

Had telephone interview - there is a role that suits me and asked to come to face interview and registered next day. Arrive the reception area, take a photo of me without explanation .
At the end of the interview says there are no roles available and this is disappointing. Time wasting.

Registered with them over six months ago, only ever sent for one interview in all that time. Only seemed interested in me temping for them which I repeatedly said I wasn't really interested in unless it would lead to a fulltime permanent position.

Had a recruitment woman from there criticise my resume (she didn't even read it properly) told me I was not qualified for a role that I was more than qualified for. Tried to get work through them empty promises everytime.

I was also asked to go for an interview regarding a job they advertised. They did nothing but pick my resume to pieces and it was done by another employment agencies. They said I would be sent for an interview with their client nothing happened. I ended up losing $130 from missing a day at work.

I visited People2People recently about a job vacancy. After taking my photo at the reception desk (which I was a bit surprised about), I was grilled for an hour by one of their consultants. She then brought in her manager and they both said I would be a good candidate for the role and would be putting me forward. Since then, I have heard nothing back from them. I have emailed and called but no reply. They put in a lot of effort to interview and process me so I don't know why there was not follow through. If the employer was not interested in me then that is fine but it is common courtesy to let the candidate know. After all they will be making money off me if successfully placed so a big failure to not follow through.

I contacted this employment agency with a view to finding suitable employment about a month ago. They asked me to submit my resume, which I did. I have not received any communication from them since then.
I followed up with an email asking if they were in a position to assist me with employment.
They haven't even had the common decency to respond with a "Yes" or a "No".
If you are a candidate seeking employment I highly recommend that you do not use this agency, thankfully there are others that are professional and efficient and do respond.
