Its the best gut healing program with weightloss bonus
Very genuine program. It helped me lose my stuborn whooping 18kgs. I have tried many diwts but couldnot stick on to anything but i did stick with Phatt and may be it is the supplements they provide which gave me energy i need to go on. I never felt tired or felt like i am starving. I love this program and suggest everyone who have tried everything but couldnot shred some weight. It works :)

I completely hate this product
I started this program 2 weeks before, I spend nearly $350 NZ.
Mentor provided me very strict diet nearly 500-600 calories per day
If you can control on your diet you don't need to spend 350 bucks
Working people don't have enough time to make their meal and spend half of the day to think what they can eat or not
Doesn't work on me
I stopped everything no junk no rice no wheat flour nothing
No brown bread
Not every fruit allowed
First consult with your GP then try something
People are not really medical back ground they need money thats all

My health declined rapidly.
I thought I would try this program and while I did lost about 4.5 within one week, I was feeling dreadful. My whole body was weak (couldn't even hold my 10 month old without feeling faint), I was having daily migraines, intense stomach cramps and I started to get nose bleeds from day 2 which was very random and unusual not to mention scary. I spoke to my so called experienced mentor and she said my symptoms were normal and that my body was just detoxing. Well, she was very wrong. I went to see my GP and he took some tests. Not only had my blood...Read more
pressure dropped but my blood works showed I was deficient in just about everything. (I'm only 23 and I'm definitely not unhealthy, just wanted to shed stubborn baby weight) He told me that if I don't stop the diet that I would have a crash and it would not be good. So basically this program is a huge sham. You cannot live well on 500 calories a day and the supplements (worth over $300!) You can get way cheaper at any local chemist. Please be careful and do thorough research. The mentors only want their commision from you, they aren't health professionals.

Do your research
I thought I would give this a try after the rave reviews but in fact it is simply selling product that is available in many different outlets. I believe my 'mentor' was deceptive in her information and when I decided to only purchase 5 of the 8 products that she had loaded my cart with, I was told the company had a duty of care not to support me further as I had not purchased the basic suite of supplements..... Correspondence was erratic and misinformative at best. I now have almost $200 worth of supplements and drops and no program to follow-
Advice- do your due diligence and dont fall for the hype.

False information
I was approached to try the Phatt program. I advised the mentor that I was breastfeeding. I was advised that given I was breastfeeding that I would need to go straight onto the stage 3 eating program. When I ran the sample daily diet past my doctor she advised against it. She advised that the stage 3 diet equated to a 900 calorie a day eating program. As I was breastfeeding, she advised that I should be consuming no less than 1800-2000 calories a day. She also advised that a diet of less than 1000 calories per day was only appropriate for someo...Read more
ne who was morbidly obese who is under medical supervision. I also suffer depression and was advised by my doctor that the lack of carbohydrates would reduce the ability for my brain to produce serotonin which would undermine my wellbeing. Overall the mentors have no medical training and seem more intent on selling the supplements in which they benefit in obtaining a commission from. This diet is dangerous and does not put the well being of the person first. If you are considering trying it, I would encourage you to speak to your doctor first.Similar opinion? Love this program...
I have tried every diet out there, yeah lost some weight only to put it back on. Since joining I have lost 15kg, and feel great. Not tried
The support I have been given as been a key part of keeping me accountable. The Supplements are all about cleaning the gut as well as weight loss. For me I highly recommend the program to anyone. It has also Taught me what my body likes and doesn’t like to keep the weight off. Unlike another program I have done.

Don’t waste money
Looked into this as I had seen great weight loss results on line. In essence you eat 500 calories a day with a focus on protein and take special “supplements “ to help you shed fat. The FB is secretive and all answers are referred to your “mentor” who effectively loads your cart with 300 dollars worth of tablets and gets a cut. I researched the supplements- all available at chemists and most with no evidence to support the claims. The weight loss is really about the 500 calorie a day diet. I thought I’d try following the meal plan to see how I went and lost 7 kilos in two weeks - no supplements- so yep it’s about making other people a lot of money with the hard sell. Just stick to the meal plan and the weight will come off.

Cant believe the results
I've tried a few diet plans with success on all of them but I came across this program and my wife and I decided to give it ago together. Its all about my gut health which Id never heard of before so when I researched it and spoke to the people at phattcamp I thought this cant be right. They told me no exercise and healthy portioned control eating with some supplements and Ill have a mentor that contacts me daily for any questions and encouragement. Sounds easy and it was. Im 3 months on and have lost 25kg and my wife 20kg. Id rarely recommend...Read more

Questions & Answers
Janelle Easked
Is there a list of the supplements anywhere or do you have to buy the program?
Thanks Heaps

You need to join the program through a mentor, so that you are given all the information you need and also so that you have the support you need, when you need it.
Modere.com is where the products are and goopgang.com has the list of products you need. However the mentor has the meal plans and food lists.
