Hi, I have the 4 in 1 and the bottom of the bottle holder has brown rusty stain on it which cant be removed by detergent. I also found brown particles on bubby's bottles.. I tried descaling and the brown stain is still there, embedded in between the holes in the white bottle holder. Can I claim a replacement under warranty? I bought this at babybunting in around June July 2018.

I have the 4in1. Should everything in the steriliser remain wet after the cycle? Once everything is done, when I open, all items and the baskets are very wet. If I dry them, this no longe means they are sterile.
Please can you advise? I am ensuring only 100mls is added to the bottom so this is not the problem
Thanks
Panna
Hi Panna,
Thank you for your question about the Philips AVENT Sterilizer. You don't need to dry your bottles with a cloth after the cycle. The idea is that you can leave them to dry on the basket. :) ...
