Broken by my 12 months old daughter

published

Don't recommend these headphones for anyone who has kids around. The material is very thin and my 12-month-old daughter manages to break them in half. They are useless now, but the sound quality was all right.

Not so good!

published

Bought these for my wife as she is hard of hearing. Fit comfortably on ear, good padding. Two problems. Once paired to tv, has trouble auto connecting. TV is new LG. Major problem is low volume. Even at max volume is pathetically low, and for someone hard of hearing, practically useless. Would not recommend these at all! Anko from Kmart had louder volume and were only $19!

Purchased in September 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for A$119.00.

Good Headphones

published

Bought these on sale from JB for half price under $70. You can pair these up to 2 phones at once. The sound quality is ok, but the max volume is a little limiting. You can use these to make calls, but they are not noise cancelling so can feel a little weird. Battery life is excellent, you can easily get a days use out of them, but they were a little uncomfortable on my ears after several hours of continual use. Would recommend.

Average Sound Quality, Crappy Durability

published

Bought these in May 2018, now in October the plastic along the top is already cracking and I expect it to fully snap any day. Unless your head is a mere 2-3 inches wide, these will most likely do the same to you. Sound quality is meh. Songs with a lot of bass sounded hollow and weak. Would not buy again or recommend.

Great for price!

I have had my Backseat 505 for about 6 weeks now. With them paired up with my Samsung S7 Active most of the time. Besides listening to music we have used them when watching Direct tv live and movies and also the Indy 500 while at the speedway. We are wearing them at the pool right now and plan to give them a workout at the beach next week. These are comfortable so no more ear buds for me

Value for money

Paid approx $80 for these comfy, good sounding, bluetooth/phone sub headphones. Very happy.
I've paired them with my Mac & my phone which allows me to watch videos, music, doco's etc. while pottering around the house - & take calls handsfree with perfect reception & simple, easy to navigate controls.
They come in a stylish slimline box including a dilly bag & an abundance of instructions/warranty details etc. There is also plenty of backup/manuals/support via Plantronics website. Can't fault these little beauties.

Quality sound for the price

published

Got this headphones from Officeworks through pricematching, and they are awesome for the price of $56. Nice sound quality and side buttons for control. And it comes with a wired audio cable for even better sound quality. the headband plastic construction does not seem as sturdy as I wanted, but time will tell if they last.

Great sounding and comfortable headphones.

published

These wireless headphones sound great, especially at their pricepoint. They are comfortable and fit nicely, especially if you have glasses (compared to some other headphones). One charge gets you hours and hours of listening time. I consistently get over 10 hours of listening time from each charge. It also comes with a 3.5mm adapter/cord so that when it does run out of battery, I can still use it. It's great with your phone, because it also has an inbuilt microphone, which you can use to call, but also access digital assistants. Overall a great pair of headphones with not many areas I can fault it at it's price.

Perfect for the office!

published

Super comfy to wear for hours! The sound is really great; very clear. I love the little voice inside them telling me the power level and what device they’re connected to. Being wireless is great; and I appreciate the handy controls on the outside, and that they’re on the left - meaning I can still keep using my right hand and easily pause. Battery life is excellent! I use these for a couple of hours most days at work and can’t recall when I last charged them. I also like the size of them, but enough that people can see you’re wearing them, but not tiny earbuds that got lost or tangled.

Great buy for a great price!

Great value wireless headphones

published

Plantronics has released a cheaper version of it's backbeat series. For the price .. there is nothing wrong with the headphones, up to 18 hours (true!) without charge, comfortable to the ears and the sound quality is excellent, I used it on the gym as well and have no problems with it. If you are on a budget for a wireless headphone give this a go.
