Went in and they were friendly and helpful, they knew there stuff and were not pushy on extra sales like a lot of tech places these days.

Every time I visit the Cockburn store in WA I am always impressed with the extreme level of customer service I receive. No matter how busy they are, not only have I receive top class service with how I am being spoken to and or being offered, every other customer I witness receives the same. Thanks to the team I will always return to you guys for anything I need.

Easy to navigate the online store, easy to checkout and pay, item was ready for pickup in less than an hour, pickup at Heatherton was a breeze, plenty of parking.

I purchased the Razer Naga Trinity and it has been the best mouse I have ever used.

I purchased my new computer during the COVID19 lock down which made things difficult for them. Working from home = having to finally admit my existing computer was well past its use by date. On their recommendation I believe I got a computer that does what I need, with some capacity for requirements growth but without overkill and at a competitive price. They kept in touch throughout, the service was outstanding.

Easy to navigate through the store with a pretty good range of products on hand. Policy and quality of the products are great. Staff are knowledgeable, offering great advice and very friendly.

It's a shop. Apart from necessary social distancing measures, I was served quickly and with a friendly face behind the counter. Check online first to see if stock is available at that store and there's no problem getting what you need.

The store used to hold a lot more stock, now it only holds one of any given item and makes the store uncompetitive. I now shop online from the eastern states because they have stock and it arrives in perth before PLE stock

I was able to just wait only 5mins in line and get a great product. Great place, great staff. would recommend them again and to my family. Thank you again

Staff assisted me in choosing the right wifi extender for our circumstances. Once home it was very simple to install and has been both effective and trouble free. Two words

Website is comprehensive and easy to navigate, products are all great - as are the staff! PLE is always my first-stop (and more often than not my only stop!) store for IT gear.

Called Cockburn store and asked if they price matched. Sales person told me that not during this pandemic. I won't be shopping with them during or after this pandemic, let's see if the business survives with this attitude.

PLE has a huge range of products and their store was easy to find. as for the quality of the products, they are all still working, so can't complain will continue to use them.
