Hi guys,

Wondering if someone could help me out with a good gaming computer between $1000-2000. Not a massive game fan, i will play like 10 hours week average. I also need something for office use like excel, powerpoint etc. so far im thinking about the stealth computer and upgrading from 8-16gb.

https://www.ple.com.au/Products/639990/PLE-Astro-Prebuilt-Gaming-PC. Here you go you could definitely start with something like this, Slightly under $2000 would suit your gaming requirements and your office needs.
You could also reduce the size of your hard drive and SSD to save some money that way. hope it helps you out.

if I have brought parts recently at PLE, is it possible to get a complete refund? I'm just not satisfied with my purchase.

I'm not sure about that because I did not need to infer for a refund, however the team replies very quick to email or messages so just ask them and they should satisfy your request. I most certainly think you will be able to get a full refund with no issues.

If item is in original condition and in original packaging unopened - within 14 days of purchase and complete with receipt - you should have no problem - at least getting store credit.
If opened - you will have to prove not fit for purchase or faulty.
