Easy to compare specs and pricing of products. Online management of the order including updates on back ordered items is great. The shipping costs are good, great service when collecting as well.

I found the monitor I was after at PLE. The price was great and they had stock availability. Shipping costs were reasonable given that it was shipping from Melbourne to Sydney. Remarkably, the monitor arrived 2 days after the order was placed, despite being in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. I've since purchased another component from PLE given their excellent customer service and competitive pricing.

I ordered an ex-demo product. It was never shipped and after a week I was refunded only because I enquired as to it’s where abouts finding it had been sold.

Sarah at the Gnangara Warehouse has been incredibly patient and accommodating regarding the changes I wanted to make to my custom build order. I felt like such a bother, but she was very reassuring and seemed more than happy to help.
Being from the East Coast, I usually deal with PCMeal or PCCG - while pricing is similar between these stores, PLE has the competition beat in regards to customer service.

I was having internet trouble at home and so rang the store to get advice about replacing the router. The staff member was very helpful and I was able to follow up with a purchase on line which has improved my home internet. The product I bought came from their Melbourne store and arrived in just under a week.

I have been looking for 2nd monitor to pair with my existing 27" samsung curve screen. I decided to go with Samsung 27" monitor (LC27R500FHEXXY) but everywhere is out of stock expect PLE. PLE also deliver the product on time during this COVID-19 chaos. Overall, I am very happy with the service PLE provided.

Reasonably easy to navigate through menus to the Monitor types of interest.
Although I was happy with the selection of monitors, many were not actually in stock in Perth.
