The website is easy to navigate & I appreciate being able to see what's in stock in which stores. My prebuilt PC was almost exactly what I was looking for within my price range & it was very easy to buy and install extra RAM to bring it up to the specs I really wanted. It was shipped quickly and was so easy to set up - basically just plug in and go! I had trouble figuring out how to control the RGB lighting on my PC tower, and an online search didn't answer my questions, but when I emailed PLE to ask they responded very quickly with the solution. I highly recommend PLE!

Everytime I buy something from PLE Heatherton online, it takes them two and sometimes three business days to actually post the item. I have ordered stuff on a Friday afternoon, knowing it would not be sent until the following Monday and via express postage. They sent it on Wednesday and this was not during any sale or during a busy time. I like PLE, but they are really lacking in their online service.

Best ear headset for the money. Works well with mobile device and laptop. However my desktop struggled to recognize when using zoom despite the headset coming with a dual pin adaptor for the desktop on board audio. But the sound is crisp and picks up all the little details. Worth it.

Their search functions are accurate and never exclude a product, you can sort your results really by features easily - this lets you pare down hundreds of choices in a product category to a handful in a few clicks.

If you decide to create an account (highly recommended) you can see your orders on your dashboard, track work orders, and automatically keep receipts for all of your products - VERY handy features.

Shipping information was very straightforward, and their dispatch is as fast as you'd like, and good communication throughout - I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with PLE in 15 years.

I ordered a custom built mini computer for a specific purpose. The options I needed weren't on the website so I rang up and it was all sorted out the way I wanted it. The only delay was Australia Post during Covid interruptions.

PLE had the great IPS monitor I ended up buying at a good price with the connectivity I needed when no other big chain did. Pickings were slim with office equipment selling out everywhere, but when I saw that beauty, I had to have it. Delivered quickly, works a treat and I've never had bad service at PLE.
