This would only work if you think it is going to and do a stack of other things to loose weight. On its own you may as well take an asprin and go to bed.

Do not take if you have an ileostomy!!
Please be very careful when taking this if you have an ileostomy! I was rushed to hospital with severe bloating and full of gas!! Not saying it will happen to everyone but please seriously think before you take it!! There is no quick fix for weight loss healthy diet and exercise please be careful.

I absolutely LOVE this product. It actually reduces hunger pangs. You take an hour before each meal. If you don't like the taste, take it with juice instead of water. I recommend using a protein shaker to mix it thoroughly though as stirring it leaves it a little clumpy. t to be effective. You must drink a sufficient amount of water every day, and the product information with this product will tell you to do the same. As with any weight loss program you must follow a healthy diet, exercise and drink plenty of water. You can always use a calorie counter to help, there are plenty of apps available. MyFitnessPal is great, you can set your goals, record your meals and exercise and even scan your foods in using the product barcode. After having gained 17kg and finding it impossible to shift my weight with diet and exercise alone, I tried this product and lost nearly two kilos in the first week alone, with only doing two lots of low range exercise for 40minutes each. Obviously this will differ per person but I now swear by the African Mango Weight Loss Program. I also recommend taking spirulina powder (or tablets) daily, and cannot stress enough the amazing benefits of spirulina. It also helps stabilise blood sugar levels and hunger pangs like the African Mango. Definitely give this a try. If you need a little help with a food and exercise program, there is a handy little book that comes along with the product too. Great for beginners or the more experienced. Stabilises hunger pangs, stops me from eating "naughty things", energy and time efficient, quite inexpensive when you look at how long it lasts you, helps with bloating so long as you drink enough water. Not very good
I have been taking this for the last 3 weeks and have lost about 1 kg.
Not a very nice tasting drink, doesn't taste like chocolate at all.
A bit disappointing that i have not lost more weight on this so called miracle weight loss product.
It make your bowels work very good but that's about it.

I have to agree. its seems to be very high in fibre so it swells you up and makes you feel full and go to loo. Does have some befits but a long process for weight loss./
