I'm so disappointed in this product. Have tried it three times and had no change in colour at all. I have used the medium one in the past and loved it. So when I couldn't find the medium colour in the gold tube, I thought the dark one would be too dark but was so surprised by no change. It's as though it is missing some key element to change the colour. A complete waste of money.

I have used several leading market brands, Pure Bronze by far has never left me disappointed ( with the exception of a few minor panic attacks because my local stockist left the shelves bare of Pure Bronze ). I have used this product for years and can confidently say the product does not have a yucky tan smell, it never streaks and the overall tan result is a beautiful deep almond color. This company also has great ethics and does not test on animals!
Go and buy a great tanning mitt and some Pure Bronze right now - YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE!

I have a warm (golden olive) skin tone which looks quite pale in Winter. I use the PureTan in the black tube and it's perfect for me. The result is a natural deep bronze which is similar to the colour when I tan naturally in the sun. After all the years of trying several different 'tans in a bottle', this is the one which matches me perfectly. All the rest were either too yellow or too orange. I decided to use fake tan in spite of going nut brown within 15 minutes of sun exposure because of the dangers of radiation. Also, PureTan wears off naturally without streaking or becoming patchy. A great product.

I have been using PureTan for years and always lived it. I recently have been using the Rapid Tan 1 hour and have decided this is for me. I love that is an Australian owned and made product and is of the highest quality. No smell, wears off naturally and add on the coconut oil the day after and BAM, you feel like summer is actually here to stay. Love this product !

I must add PureTAN Pure Bronze - Light/medium must have improved their product. It is so natural looking. It's a mixture of a golden tan with a hint of peach colour added, just a hint. So pretty on me and no one knows it's fake. I can cry at how beautiful this is on me. I wrote my review in 2013 to pass it on about this product so that others who are VERY fair to at least try it and feel what I feel. I didn't want this product to be discontinued. How often do we have something perfect for us? This is the Valentino of self-tanners for VERY fair skin. It will bring tears to your eyes and you just look in the mirror at yourself and just applaud by saying BRAVO! It was a journey to find the right one for me. Good luck!

Ive used Pure Tan twice now. The first time i used it i just had it on for an hour then washed it off, i noticed no difference to my skin at all and was still pale i just thought i didnt let it develope enough.so i gave it another try a few weeks later so i could leave it on over night while i slept and woke up looking dark but as soon as i get into the shower i went back to my normal skin colour. Ive been fake tanning for over 7 years now and this is one of the most disapointing products ive used. the price you pay for this brand is not worth it . Ive used cheaper Tanning solutions and came out with better tans.

After using this product for over three years I have been absolutely gutted as it appears the product has changed. The once moisturizing product is now full of chemicals that crack your skin!!! It comes off terribly and every bottle is not consistent in color,smell, texture & tan result!!!!!

I have been using Pure Bronze fake tan for years and loved it. I use the black tube which is the darkest colour. Recently the formula has changed. The tan does not look as dark even though I applied many layers and left it overnight, which I normally do, I repeated the following night and the colour is still not dark, only very light. It also has a really strong cheap perfume smell now which gave me a shocking headache as I'm sure it is quite toxic. I'm really disappointed as I will now have to shop around for a new brand to use. The colour is not the same & it is over perfumed. I live in fake tan all year round. Really gutted as I loved this fake tan.

Just be sure to wear latex gloves & you won't stain your hands ! Love the colour & how quickly it works in one hour. Doesn't streak .. I applied for almost 2 weeks day after day without exfoliating & it still looked great !

So after much deliberation at Myer I went for the Pure Tan pure bronze and it's amazing. One word of advice though wear a mitt or gloves when applying as I now have super orange hands and it's not easy to scrub off.

After spending so much money trying to find a streak free and even tan to suit my skin I came across pure tan. Which is absolutely amazing, I was even more impressed by the price that goes along with it. I used my brand new tanzee from tanzeeaustralia to protect my sheets to keep as much of this amazing colour on my body as I could. They both go hand in hand so well

I am a tan addict, I've tried every tan on the market you could think of. I can honestly say this tan is the best one I've tried. I'm fair naturally with a pink undertone and this gives me a really nice brown even tan. I love how the cream has a little shimmer as well to it, so it gives a nice glow at night/ in photos. I also leave it on not wash off, but be careful of water or spilt drinks from a night out! As it may go blotchy/spotty. I just wish this tan came in a spray too!!

Bought this yesterday to try as it was on sale and had nice packaging - I'm easy to please. I usually use St Tropez so finding something better, for even cheaper was the best day of my life. Love it! I'm really olive skinned and this product left me with an all-over even, dark tan. No patchiness, no bad smell (it smells like a nice moisturizer), a beautiful natural brown color that blended to my skin and a sun-kissed look! LOVE IT. Probably won't buy St Tropez again.

I've been into my tanning products for over ten years or so. Pure Tan is amazing, it looks very natural and is long lasting with no streaks! The perfect Tan all year round. I always feel happy and confident with Pure Tan. I would highly recommend this product to everyone! :)
Inexpensive, Steak- free and natural looking.

I'm totally in love with this tan. I'm so fussy. I really wanted something that was a dark tan and not just a shade darker than my skin colour. I used the dark tan mousse and purchased the mitt too. The best thing i have done! It's velvety and it allows you to tan your back by yourself. I liked st tropez before this but found most of it washed off. I have a new favorite now!!! Highly recommend!!!

I found puretan to be a great instant tan product. It blends really well, much better with the mitt! Smell is quite nice, not overpowering. I have used this product for 3 years now. It does rub onto your clothing no matter how dry you get as bodies perspire etc ...it comes out of most fabrics but light colours suffer. Still it outweighs the alternative, skin cancer. Go on,.....get some and try!!
