    Best cookware ever

    published

I bought this little cast iron skillet because I was fed up with replacing expensive non stick pans every few months.
I was thrilled to find Pyrocast is foundry pre seasoned. The pan is quite corrugated yet nothing sticks. Bacon browning stays on the bacon instead of the pan and eggs or frittata slide straight out. The size is perfect for a single person, fitting 2 eggs or a single serve of meat. Maintenance is easy and fuss free. Just wash, dry and rub with oil. That's it!
Before purchasing this pan, I hated cooking and eating. Now I can't wait to create my next meal. Cooking has become a joy. Nothing compares with the flavour that cast iron creates.
I would never have guessed that cast iron would be so easy to care for.

Thank you. I was trying to look for it on the Australian Pyrolux Website but it was not provided there.
