Very happy with Shane the locksmith. He was very pleasant and arrived punctually and fixed lock on toilet door which had locked and was unable to open from outside. Thanks RACV Home Assist and Shane.

After reporting the locking problem to RACV Emergency Assist the locksmith arrived within the hour.

After breaking the key in dead lock and locking myself out of my 93 yr old mothers fully secured property at 9.40 pm and effectively locking her in I was stressed to say the least. Thankfully I received exceptional service from emergency assist operator Karen who took the time to find a locksmith and call me back in 5 mins. The Locksmith was friendly and efficient arriving within the hour and resolving the issue in 10mins removing the key and cutting me a spare key. Both Karen and the Locksmith deserve a big pat on the back for outstanding service

He tried to pick the lick first but that didn't work as it was deadlocked . He tried several thing but in the end had to change the cylinder. He was brilliant

Called EHS at 11.45am re jammed front door. Technician CMyers arrived at 12pm and had completed repairs by 12.30pm leaving hallway clean and tidy. This is the first call I have made to EHS and received Excellent service

We rang RACV at 2.30pm stating we had a issue with opening our Security Door, I had a call from Jason about 4.30pm to say he would be with me in about 30mins . True to his word he was here at 5pm and my problem was fixed

Appeared on site after hours in the timeframe given to me by the RACV desk - he was efficient, polite and fixed the problem very quickly after explaining the problem. I was very impressed by the service offered by RACV Home Assist yet again.

I had reached a dead end with my installation of the deadlock!
RACV locksmith arrived and within a minute had told me the problem and proceeded to fix it. Also installed the remaining door jamb part.
He was very courtous and had the whole lock installation finished within 30 minutes.
Couldn't fault the service in any way.

This is the first time I have ever locked myself out of an empty home. I have always been so careful to keep house keys in my hands when locking up. I did so as usual when I needed to go out for some fresh bread. But, then, I laid my keys down on the driving seat of my car and stood back for a second, when without warning the car door slammed shut. I was able to use mobile phone to call my daughter who then contacted RACV Assist, and a locksmith arrived on the doorstop within about half an hour. I just had to then drive to the nearest Shopping Mall to get more keys cut for family and passed the waiting time by calling in at RACV there to give my heartfelt personal thanks.

After stepping outside to look for my cat, the door slammed shut and I was stuck outside in the rain at 11.30 at night. No phone and no way to get back in - apart from the cat flap which puss managed to get in by to escape the rain! Used a neighbour's phone to call Home Assist, and within an hour help arrived! Quick entry to the house provided by the wonderful locksmith, Ryan, though the 'paperwork' took a while. Couldn't recommend this serviceman more. Polite, personable and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

I had a double-latch deadlock that was close to its use-by, and I had been unable to fit a new double-latch myself, and then the old one died. I was faced with a door I couldn't even close, let along lock!
I would have to call a locksmith on a Saturday!
One call to RACV Home Assist brought a young man who was an expert, highly experienced, cheerful and quick! He removed the old broken lock and fitted the new one (that I hadn't been able to fit) and everything was 100% GOOD-TO-GO within a few easy minutes!

Our door wouldn't lock so rang RACV HomeAssist and within an hour a locksmith came. Shame I cant mention his name but he was most efficient and was able to fix the problem, more of a door issue than the lock but he cleverly fixed so door now locks.
