I'd lost my neighbour's keys. She'd gone away and I was to feed her dog. I was SO concerned. I called my neighbour to tell her what had happened. She told me all would be well. She'd call RACV Assist. I was relieved -- so relieved, I found the keys. We contacted RACV to tell them but the man still turned up. He was jolly and helpful and wasn't at all put out that he'd not received the message.

My front door lock had jammed so I was locked out. Rang RACV Emergency Home Assist and help was there very quickly and door was opened allowing me back inside

First use of RAVC eha --- locksmith turned up soon after our call --- we explained the problem we had with the front door unable to be locked -- he immediately swung into action and presto --- our door now closes and locks --- perfect -- we are very happy.

Woke up this morning and went to unlock glass sliding door and it wouldn't unlock, it was jammed. I didn't know what to do and saw the RACV Home Assist sticker on the fridge. So I rang them up and explained the situation was not an emergency, but it was a real problem. The lovely woman that took down my details was absolutely delightful and I would like you to pass on my sincere thanks for her kindness and understanding. The locksmith that came out was wonderful and very patient. He had to go back to the office for parts and then replaced the handle/lock without any problems. He was really wonderful and again I am most grateful. Thank you RACV for being there when I needed you.

Superb service by Cam. Arrived within 1/2 hour of booking help and fixed the problem of a very stiff deadlock on our front door. We were worried about key breaking.

After hours service required for a locksmith. Only 20 minutes from the call until his arrival. Within minutes he had the door open. Excellent prompt and friendly. service. So pleased that I have taken out Home Assist, worth every cent.

Locked in my bedroom with a dodgy door. Husband in India on business. Not panicked at all but a bit worried in case I got a call to go to work early in the morning.
