Lost $3600 Razer don't care. Don't buy a Razer !!
My horror story is like many others.
Out of pocket $3600, no laptop, no support.
Sent my laptop back after numerous defects. They wouldn't refund because I bought from a retailer. Retailer needed Razer approval to refund me to. So Razer had me send it back to them.
They wait 2-3 days to reply to emails only to ask pointless questions and delay the case. Finally sent my laptop to a third party repair place. 3 weeks later they asked me for details like a password that was already on the forms I signed. Weeks of no replies and they tell me it's...Read more
been delivered back to me. Only tracking says it was delivered to a different state / person. Someone has my laptop. Razer won't accept the responsibility of loosing it and day they need more time to investigate. It's already been over a month. They refuse to call or be called, only dealing in emails every 3 business days. Absolute joke of a company. I'm out of pocket $3600, no chance of a refund and I had to buy a replacement for my work. Taking this one to the ACCC consumer law if I have to.Purchased in September 2021 for A$3,600.00.

I have never been so disappointed with a laptop before
I had to deal with the classic issue where the screen goes blank when you turn on the laptop. I have RMA'd the unit 3 times, they keep sending a new unit with the same issues. This strategy was to basically run the warranty out, so you cannot do anything about it. I highly suggest avoiding Razer laptops, do your research before you buy.
