Prompt reply to my inquiry. Informative service officer who explained the policy and answered all my questions. Policy was good value and met my needs as a mature customer. Recommended this company to another family member.

Called for quote for life insurance
Would only do $300,000 gave me price per fortnight which was a little less than my other quote from another company for $500,000 and monthly payment
What a shock they do so many ads on TV

Luck I got a few quotes and not just one
Quote as their ads come across as being fair price and easy would not do a quote on line someone had to call me back

My policy is very good and easy to set up the customer service help me a lot thank u.Im only new I just bought a new cover and now I have piece and mine

The agent we spoke to was experienced and knowledgeable, she was friendly and easy to talk to. Very pleasant interaction. She also pointed out pertinent information that no other insurance company has ever mentioned.

The other day I rang to decrease the amount we were covered for as like most people at the moment we're trying to save money. The staff member didn't try & make me stay with the higher amount - much appreciated :-) She also changed the policy so that the amount of cover didn't increase each year so next year we'll have the desired coverage. We've been with them since 2009 and enjoy getting 10% of what we've paid back to us every 3 years too - something for nothing :-)
