brilliant piece of mind
I find this service is excellent and piece of mind. knowing my family wont have to be left with my unpaid debts and funeral and it was as easy as a phone call.

More than helpful
I've had life insurance for approx 11 years, my circumstances have changed so I was thinking about cancelling it . After speaking to Neil and him explaining my options I decided to lower my policy amount, therefore lowering my premium by half . I was more than happy with my outcome .

One of the better insurance companies
They offer a good product although (I only speak for myself) Real do everything they can to get new customers to the detriment of existing ones, to me customer service is a major consideration when I buy anything and I think Real ultimately loose sight of the fact customers aren’t bound to them.

Great customer service
The young lady I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and sincere. Even when we had issues with the phone connection, she rang be back on another number within 10 minutes and knew exactly where we were up to with my enquiry. She is a credit to the organisation.
