I have been using for over a month and instead of pimples going away they are getting bigger and i have increasingly more blackheads than ever before. this works probably for most people but I’m unfortunately not one of those people. Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch. Animals are way too cute and cuddly, real-u products are not tested on animals and contain no animal ingredients. Our products are hypoallergenic and vegan.

I do have normal skin but my skin is very sensitive with some breakouts can I use this product as my skin is really sensitive?

It is impossible to say how your skin will react with any given product, however as our products are hypoallergenic it has proved to be very effective with any given skin including sensitive skin.

Is this useful for blemishes/pigmentation.I have very worse and dark colour pigmentation over my cheeks.My skin was so good and fair but during my pregnancy and after delivery it never gone .I tried so many things doesn’t work .I just want my clear face back .I think it is sunburn also because i feel itchy when I go in sun .I take precautions but it stays on my face forever.please help me thanks

I am unsure of the pigmentation, though I noticed my scaring from former acne and blemishes, the inflammation they caused, went down drastically leaving my skin with less redness and irritation. Real-u definitly works to help work with your skin and heal it. I would contact Ebony and the real-u team with pictures and your concerns. They are very helpful and genuine and can definitely direct you in the right direction via facebook messenger or email is they way I have been in touch with the real-u team.

The best way to deal with pigmentation is to keep your skin calm. Heat & sun aggravates pigmentation and things like laser and peels can have short term results, however it usually comes back even worse. Also use a 50+sunscreen.
