It might be a good idea to give our Customer Service Team a call to discuss - they may ask you for some more details. For example, have you been using Revitive for long? Is this sensation new? How many sessions per day are you having? Do you find the intensity to be too high?

If you are new to using Revitive, we do recommend that you start of on a low intensity and begin with shorter sessions. Sometimes if you can experience some muscle fatigue if you use it for too long or at an intensity that may be too high as your muscles are getting used to the increased activity.

Is it a Reviitive Circulation Booster that you are using? If so, it is not uncommon to experience a slightly different intensity from one side to the other. If the difference is dramatic, it would probably be a good idea to have a chat with your doctor to see if there is any medical reason behind the lower sensation.

The fact that you can feel it on one side means the Revitive device itself is working (it cannot work without a circuit so if one side wasn't working, the other side would not work either).

There are many various reasons why you may experience numbness in the feet and toes. It would be good to have a better understanding of the underlying cause of this numbness. If it is a general circulation issue Revitive may assist in boosting the flow of oxygen rich blood around the lower legs - which may help.

Revitive is also known to assist with neuropathy (numbness and tingling) that is caused by diabetes (diabetic peripheral neuropathy).

Are you finding that you cannot feel the sensation at all on the right leg or it is a lower sensation? It is not unusual to have to increase the intensity over time as you get used to the stimulation, but it does tend to level out after a while.

Hi Jim,

The IsoRocker gently allows ankle joint movement, replicating heel-toe raises as the leg muscles contract and relax, without placing undue pressure on legs and feet. The device itself does not rock - it is the muscles in your legs that cause the involuntary rocking.

There is a flap on the back of the device that acts as a disabler - it is worth checking that this is not open (to use the IsoRocker it should be flush against the back of the device).

The IsoRocker rocks when increased to an intensity which causes sufficient calf muscle contraction. When this happens you see your toes will dip slightly to cause the rocking motion. It may be that you need to increase the intensity a little more to achieve strong enough contractions to activate the rocker. If however, intensity 60 is as high as you can comfortably go, do not increase further. The stimulation should not be uncomfortable and certainly not cause any pain. It is OK to use Revitive without the IsoRocker action - if you are achieving muscle contractions you will still be getting those leg muscles pumping.

REVITIVE is suitable to use with a metallic implant. There is a small chance that the sensation may feel more intense close to a metallic implant. It is safe to continue use provided no pain is experienced. You may need to adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.

If the knee replacement surgery was recent (within the last 6 months) we suggest you use cautiously as stimulation may disrupt your healing process. If you have any doubt please check with your doctor before proceeding.

Thanks for reaching out. Both feet and legs are rarely exactly the same and the nerves in one foot or leg may be more sensitive than the other. We recommend that you set the intensity to a level that is comfortable in the more sensitive foot. The other foot will still be receiving the EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) despite the lower sensation.

If you feel the difference in sensation is dramatic, you may consider having a chat to your doctor to ensure there is no underlying cause for the difference. Another reason may have been a previous injury or trauma to one leg that may account for a difference in sensation.
