Good
So far I'm happy with it and it seems to work. I've been using it on the dog for 6 months and no sign of fleas, though we haven't gone through a full summer cycle yet.
I switched to this product as one that the vet recommended would control adult fleas (Sentinel Spectrum didn't), as well as heartworm. Also, the active ingredient wasn't one that had caused a slightly odd odour in the dog's coat (most of them appeared to). It's quick and easy to apply and so far, so good.
Can't say the dog likes it being applied much - I put it on her just before we go for a walk, as it distracts her. She doesn't seem distressed, just doesn't care for it, runs around trying to roll on it - possibly it smells bad to her? But this passes off quite quickly.

Excellent
I have used revolution on my dog since she was a year old, she is now twelve. Initially I began to use it as she had severe ear mites and this is one of the only topical applications that helps to prevent ear mites and it controls fleas, ticks and heartworm also. It's easy to use and is waterproof a few hours after application. It smells a little on application and my dog doesn't like me putting it on her, not sure if it is cold or stings or just smells bad but its so fast that she forgets about it in a flash. Highly recommed this product.
ease of use, works very well
a little pricy.

I have had no problems with this product, although my dog is borderline two weight ranges. As long as I check his weight beforehand, I have no worries about overdosing my dog. I used to worry about frontline, as it was ¨up to 10kg¨ - my dog was only 3 - 4kgs at the time, which is why I changed to this product, with the smaller ranges, it seems more of an accurate dose than other products.
Good product that combines flea and worm treatment
So many different options to choose from, need to make sure that I haven´t bought the wrong weight range etc, although this could be a pro (not over or under-dosing the dog).

Excellent
This is a good product for my 4 working dogs on the farm. I had tried lots of others and washes to keep fleas and ticks away but they only worked for a short time or they irritated my dogs skin.I have been using Revolution with heart worm treatment included for 5 years and it is so easy 2 jobs done at one time. Buying it on the net saves me money too.
This is the best product overall for my dogs. Causes no problems with their skin or coats, and my dogs are free and tick free all year round. It is easy to use and easily available from vets and on the internet.
I cant use it on my cattle and sheep to help free them from nasty biting critters

I have an almost 5 year old male Australian silky terrior and have been using revolution spot on for the past few months. In this time i have noticed a steap decline in his health. Ie. Constant skin irritation, upset tummy, diarrhea, poor immune system (2 infections), tremours & sudden mood changes.. we've been to a couple of vets now and followed all directions precisely yet still my boy is noticeably uncomfortable. It wasn't until tonight when parousing the internet (again) searching for possible answers did I come across a site that listed ALL of the same symptoms as side effects of revolution!! Worse still in my case was the list of more susseptable breeds (small breeds especially & definitely silkys). How could i possibly have overlooked revolution to be the cause? More to the point, how could trained veterinarians not pick up on this AND continue to 'prescribe' such a thing to a pup that it very obviously does not agree with.
I have literally been poisoning my bestfriend with pesticides at the direction of "pet health professionals" and SO ARE YOU!! I have hurt him, honestly believing i was helping him!
I'm honestly distraught. Please beware
