I had installed three shutters and I am very happy. They are very professional. Starting from the sales people to the installers they new the product and explained everything. They were installed in no time, around a week. I recommend Roller Smart Shutters.

Had a couple of quotes for a large roller shutter. Roller Smarts price was fantastic however it would not have mattered if they were more expensive. The other company were very pushy which I don't like at all. Its almost desperation however these guys were amazing. No hassle quote and just a friendly follow up email. Staff are friendly and respond to enquiries very quickly. Installers were super quick and very professional. Extremely happy with my shutter and will be definitely using them again for my other windows. If you want a no pressure service I Highly recommend Roller Smart Shutters..

No pressure sales and excellent customer service. I would suggest the other ‘big’ roller shutter companies have a rethink about the way they conduct their business as I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone except my worst enemies. I had three shutters installed on time with no issues or hassles for an excellent price I highly recommend Roller Smart Shutters to anyone and everyone - will only be using them to install more shutters in the near future.

After hearing from a friend about their bad experience with OzSmart, I felt it was only right to provide a review on the excellent service I had from Rollersmart.

I had 8 shutters installed around 6 months ago now. They are excellent quality and I have had no issues with them whatsoever.

What I wanted to comment on specifically was how good the company are when quoting. I felt that there was no pressure, the price (which was excellent) was given to me and I took a day to decide with no issues.

Some of the reviews I’ve heard about the sales tactics of other companies in this industry are disgusting and I encourage you to avoid companies like this and go with RollerSmart.
