How do you take the seat cover off for washing please
Hi there, my son likes to suck on the ears of the smiley face and bumble bee. I'm wondering if this is a choking hazard? They seem to be little black balls of plastic.
Hi, does anyone else have trouble with the seat coming out when lifting bubs out? The seat seems to be inserted properly and yet every time I pull my 7 month out the seat comes out attached to him. It’s driving me insane!!
How do you remove the green seat for washing and how do you take the toys out to clean them please
Hi I was just wondering how I can go about getting the walker replaced or fixed due to water damage into the music keyboard from my baby's drool? My baby has used this twice now and there was very little drool. I expected that having a baby's activity center especially for this age group would have better protected the battery operated section.

Read moretandard to test a walker above 12kgs. So the Activity Centre you have purchased and any other product in this category will only accommodate your child to 12kgs. We apologise for this over site and would like to offer you an alternative product in our range which will get you better longevity. Please contact our customer service team on 1300 809 526 so that we can work with you to rectify this situation. ThanksI had a play with one today and was wondering how awkward it was to change between the rocking and wheels? Did you only use rocking for when they weren't quite ready for the walker part?
Thanks
Hi, the wheels just pop in when you want them. We never actually used ours with wheels as we wanted the activity centre more than a walker. They seat swivels so they can see you no matter where you ar...
Read moree. Having the ability to lift the seat as their legs grow longer is a bonus.Hi Rachel, you can easily adjust between the modes from underneath the Activity Centre. There are two blue bars you pull out for rocking and to use stationary mode on the blue bars there are small fee...
Read moret you can extend out. For more information please visit www.safety1st.com.au ThanksHi,
I just attempted to set this up but unfortunately clipped the green fabric seat incorrectly to the white part. I can't unclip them now.. Is there a trick to it?
Hi Michael, It unclips so you can wash it when it gets dirty. I've passed mine on to someone else now, otherwise i'd go and do it then let you know. It will unclip though, so Good Luck.
Hi Michael, our customer service team will be more than happy to explain this to you please give them a call on 1300 809 526
Hi Everyone, we are tossing up between buying this walker, or a Chicco Dance Walker, I am just wondering does this walker have bumper guards around the base or is it just hard plastic? The Chicco brand has a bit of what looks to be rubber bumper guards on corner sections of base.
Thank you
Those rubber guards are for when you want it to be a stationary unit, so you can either have it with wheels to roll around, or with the rubber stops in one place. Which is how we used it most of the t...
Read moreime. You can have it in rocking position as well. As the seat does a 360 swivel they can see you without chasing after you.Sorry so there are no rubber guards around the outside of the base to stop them hitting walls as hard with them?
Also I just realised, this walker/play station doesn't have a removable tray for kids to eat does it?
I purchased a pre-loved melody garden walker a few months ago and my granddaughter loved it. I have been searching online (without any luck) for a user manual as I believe it can be folded down for storage. Can anyone please enlighten me as i'm sure I must be missing something.
Thanks
Sandy145
Hi Sandy, unfortunately no, it cant be folded down for storage. The best you could do would be detach the legs from the wheels/base as they are solid plastic. Mine if pushing the side buttons on the l...
Read moreegs does go down about a third of the size but not compact by any means. Sorry, Justine.Hi Justine, That''s unfortunate, but had myself pretty well convinced it might be the case. Thanks for your reply, I'll just do what you have suggested and be happy with that.
Thanks again...
Sandy :)
We also take the toys out and clean them, also don't leave the batteries in when in storage.
