I have had this Tv for 2yrs and like so many others I have seen on reviews, I have sound with black screen and no picture.
Unfortunately I have lost my receipt.

Very satisfied with the price, can be connected with any home theatre with easy installation. The operating system can be connected to the wifi with no issue. Picture and sound are making the movie so real. There are a lot of apps that functions that suitable to use for family.

We're super dooper happy with the quality of our Samsung Series 5 k5500 television. The sound is great and it has enough HDMI ports for all my man gadgets.

It's incredibly easy to connect to WiFi. I think Samsung is an extremely reliable brand and I have faith in the company after having purchased this TV.

I had this tv for more than a year now and am satisfied with the colour and crystal clear pictures it produces. However, it would be nice if not only Samsung but any other brands as well could come out with screen that scratch resistance and anti dust and anti finger print.

Have really enjoyed using the Samsung TV's. Best in the business. Provides clarity in picture and the colours and vibrant however sound from the actual TV isn't great unless you've hooked it up with some surround sound speakers. Perfect for a small unit, probably not the best for larger homes or theatre rooms.

Really nice monitor producing beautiful pictures and colour. I've loved watching movies and generally browsing on it. However, sometimes when there is quick motion, I noticed that there was some lag - probably got to do with the refresh rate. Regardless, nice product and comes with a HDMI cable - definitely recommend it.

This is my first Smart TV, and if I'd known just how smart it was, and how easy to set up, I'd have bought one long ago. It was super easy to connect to WiFi, and the picture and sound are great. Choosing to use headphones instead of speakers is a bit of a pain to set up, a complete set of menus to go through every time the TV gets turned on. It's a bit rocky in the stand - I couldn't see if there was a way to stabilise it without fixing it to a wall.

Samsung smart tv just get event better with the clear sharp color of pixels. The size is just fantastic with the price performance of this k series product. The wifi loading from utube is a great feature watch news and games from all sources. Excellent and will use Samsung products again.

Top TV excellent picture and clarity, this is our second Samsung TV.Every aspect of the Samsung TV is perfect I we can not fault it. Previously I only purchased Sony, but now I am truely converted, Samsung are as good if not better and definitely good value. well done Samsung.

This is my first ever smart tv and though i was intimidated at first, it was very user friendly. i use it to stream youtube etc and the picture is just crazy amazing, the sound spectacular. My techy-er partner of course thinks I could've gotten one with better specs for the price but i think it's a good buy and I am very happy with it

The television worked well untill it suddenly stopped after six months.

Fortunately it was repaired under warranty.

When working the television provides a good quality picture and above average sound.

The remote has easily accessible features and the television is stylish in appearance.

I would however not purchase this television again due to its required repairs within six months of purchase that resulted in two weeks without a television.

This tv picture quality is extremely sharp and bright, the speakers are very clear and understandable and great when playing music, i hooked up the ps4 to this tv and it works extremely great with no lag on the tv itself, the hdmi ports are more then enough causing me never to have to plug and unplug ports. This tv colours are amazing just to look at, the apps on the tv are a bit pf w let down, there is not much to choose from, but it is still pretty good/average, a major letdown will that is is extremely easy to catch fingerprints on the screen ( like most tvs) it is a pain to clean every time and it takes some time and elbow grease. Overall this tv is outstanding and i givr of a 5/5

Great TV for it's price. Picture quality is superb and colors are vibrant and punchy. Audio quality is great as well. Wish it had more USB ports though (it has 3). The Smart TV functions could do with a bit more zip though as it lags quite often. In built apps are great.

Samsung delivers with the screen quality - it is clear and crisp with deep blacks and strong vibrant colours. The internal speakers are better than average but will never live up to the immersion of the picture. The smart features are good and useable but I prefer using other tools for accessing internet services on my TV like my Apple TV.

An excellent tv. When my husband brought home an "Aldi tv special" we set it up and the picture quality was terrible. After finding a slightly smaller but similarly priced Samsung at Second's World, we returned the Aldi tv and haven't looked back. The sound quality is very good and we would purchase Samsung tv's in the future.

I purchased this TV 49 inch from Harvey norman as they price matched it from their own ebay store. Purchased it two years. Overall, its a decent smart tv and can play all available apps like youtube, foxtel play. netflix. Sound quality is also decent. Havent tried the HDMI ports. The only issue with the TV is typing things from remote. I guess samsung can do better here.

The picture quality are very good. Built in speakers are not bad for the price. There are all the required and modern ports for your chromecast, PS4, etc... I have had its for two years and still going strong. Even thought this is not smart TV, I am very impressed with all the essential functions. If you really need to connect to internet there are cables that can help connect to laptops .

I am satisfied with the picture quality. I am neither satisfied or unsatisfied with the tv unit's built in speakers. The tv unit has more than enough High Definition Multimedia Interface and Universal Serial Bus ports than I require at one time. The operating system is easy to use and the apps are abundant.

The best television I have ever owned. Excellent picture even when viewing at angles. Plenty of peripheral attachments at rear including HD, USB, OPTICAL CABLE. Samsung are a leader in the television field these dsys with a huge number of models to choose from. This television is up there with the best on its proce range.
