Buyer beware

Purchased this item less than 12 month ago and twice it has failed to maintain the correct temperature and food has defrosted. The freezer then restarts of its own accord. The first occasion the repairer replaced the switch to resume cooling after auto defrost. The second time, the same repairer came, the freezer had restarted and he could do nothing but report to Samsung. Samsung are unwilling to replace the freezer until the problem happens again!



Purchased in December 2021 for $1,350.00.
