I wonder where can I buy??only online?? What is the retail price for it? I looked up ther web site they show only professional rang. What's the difference between professional rang and black diamond or pink pearl?

Thanks for your question. At the moment we are sold exclusively on our website, we are looking at expanding into different outlets this year.
We do not sell Pink Pearl & Black Diamond anymore as we have upgraded these models into the new Professional Range. The new range is more advanced and has more features. The retail price is $139.95.

Does anyone else think the reviews on this site for this product are a little too engineered? I'm in the market for a straightener for my gf but think that the reviews on here are too good to be true - all five stars, all reviewers (except the first back in 2008) are first time reviewers, all reviews are long and mention features/shipping, no place to buy other than direct website...would love to get one if it's true, but the sceptic in me can't help think it's clever marketing and review management. Any real reviewers out there that can buy in?

I'm real! I always use product review for reviews on products and often think the same thing. But I've never left a review on any product because Im a busy mum of 3 and work 5 days a week). Only After reading all the 5 star reviews that's what made me purchase the pink pearl. And I had to confirm with a review that they weren't lying. Btw I'm the reviewer that's states that my mop is now straight (why would anyone say that if they weren't real..haha) P.S. SAS feel free to send me a voucher code lol! I'd love to buy one for a friend as well! I've also noticed new models in stock...wish I had known would have waited and bought the new model... Still happy I guess.
I have been thinking exactly the same thing. I'm trying to find reviews of the product from another website - but haven't found anything yet. I'm wanting to buy a GREAT hair straightener and am willing to pay top dollar for a good quality straightener that works and won't damage my hair any further. Hard to believe not one bad comment. Also concerned that they closed for awhile and then reopened. What happens if it occurs again - who covers the warranty?

i had asked the same question before buying, and they are the same only difference is the colour :) and they accept paypal. Best hair straightener ive ever had :)
