I brought this on special from Officeworks. I quite often classify Seagate as being just as good as Western Digital - As I understand all hard drive manufacturer's quite often experience problems with their product lines. I opted to choose this drive as it provides USB 3.0 connectivity and has the option of being able to connect an additional two devices. I utilise this drive to complete a nightly backup of my Network Attached Storage (NAS). It has been in use for the last two months and is going great so far.

I brought this drive to back up my local drives but it performed sufficiently as NAS well when connected to the USB3 port on my router that I now use it as my primary drive and map network drives!
I haven't had any failures yet which may sway my opinion however web research didn't bring up many issues with the drive.
The price varies considerably from shop to shop (including high street stores) so it is worth shopping around!
