Poor customer service but this mattress has been great
I will agree that Sealy has the worst customer support as they don't want to stand behind their product but I will give my second mattress a honest chance and as for now I have had this mattress a origins 2.0 hybrid and it is great. I have two bad disks in back and I can sleep awesome. lets hope it doesn't let me down in a couple years
