Great sound, could be a better fit
I purchased these headphones for listening to music/TV whilst not disturbing the whole house. They are very easy to set up, just plug in either the rca plugs or the 3.5mm adaptor to your source. The headphones have a frequency selector and tuning dial and when correctly tuned to the base there is very little to no interference.
The sound quality is very good.
When wearing the headphones they do feel as if they slip a bit on your head and the ear pieces don't cup the ears, they more sit on them.
Overall they are a very nice product for the price.

Transmitter build quality questionable?
I bought these for my mother who enjoys staying up late watching TV.
After 6 months the transmitter died. I took the RSII 120 back to the retailer and was provided a new replacement box. I thought this time the new transmitter was dead straight out of the box, but it was actually okay. The transmitter is a rather quirky ON/OF design however and had me very confused.
The sound quality she has told me is very good, as is to be expected from a well known reputable audio brand such as Sennheiser who I have bought many products from before.

Excellent headphones
Paid $99 at JB Hifi with price match. They allow my father to listen to the TV and hear it properly while still being able to hear us if we talk to him. The design sits lightly OVER your ears as opposed to surrounding them so is comfortable to wear while allowing the user to be aware of surrounding sounds. Excellent headphones. Thanks JB.

OK for TV, not quality music.
I bought these for $118 from Oficeworks on a price match against the $125 at Good Guys. They were only about $20 more than the non-rechargeable RS 110's I already had, so thought it was worth it. The foam is better quality than the RS 110's but apart from that they are pretty much the same. The 110's actually fit better on your head, but the 120's are fine. They don't seem too big like some reviews say (I'm presuming they know about the side slider adjustment for fit because that would be just too dumb).
I was hoping as this was the model up, ...Read more

Inserting the yellow power cord seems to be very stiff. The top light only shows for approx 1 minute. Should I force the power cable on a bit further ?
