Awesome TV
This TV was my first foray into LCD since owning plasmas my whole life. After a very basic picture tuning I was blown away by the picture quality, the blacks are super deep and the brightness is absolutely amazing. The One Connect box can be a little glitchy with a home theatre amp if you was it to automatically switch on everything when you turn the TV on (it was ok with the non ARC input but doesn't work too well with the ARC input). Other than that it's great, don't think i'll be upgrading for a long time.
Purchased in December 2021.

Good but could be better
Purchased this TV just over a week ago.
Out of the box it was easy to assemble and set up.
First off, the TV stand that comes with it is easy to install, it just looks flimsy and cheap.
If you push down on a corner the whole TV wobbles. I give it a 3/10.
Next the picture quality, fantastic, best picture quality I've seen anywhere.
Colours are brilliant and you can adjust the quality to your own needs.
The natural setting suits us. I give it a 10/10.
Now for the sound. Unfortunately this is a different story.
Extremely poor quality, sounds "tinny".
The worst part about them is the speakers point down towards the stand and not from where you view the TV....Read more
Poor design, not good enough for a top line TV. After numerous phone calls to Samsung regarding this, i was forced to buy a soundbar to give me the sound I needed. Another very expensive extra to buy. Now the remote, seems to work ok but once you get into the menu there are too many buttons to push to get where you need to go. I will say that the talk to option on the remote is a great idea. Overall the remote gets a 7/10. Next the one connect box, easy to set up, not having all those connections going into the TV is a good idea. 8/10 The warranty, only 12 months, very poor indeed. 2/10. For what this TV costs, a 12 month warranty is just not good enough. On purchase we took out the extra in store warranty, another expense we did not need. Overall it's still a good TV although there are things on it that could be better, especially for this being the top of the line TV. 6/10 If you purchase it, a soundbar is almost a necessity, and look at the extra warranties available.
